We had a great time staying at Jessica’s place in Nashville. The location is perfect for walking down to Broadway. They were very responsive hosts with excellent communication. We’d love to stay with them again on our next trip to Nashville.

The airbnb was beautifully appointed and within walking distance to music city center and surrounded great restaurants and coffee shops. The building has a really cute cafe and seating area on the first floor. We felt very safe with the security system and building security. Jessica proactive and accommodating, she was swift to respond to questions and made sure our stay was relaxing.

Loved this apartment! This is the third time I’ve stayed in the Burnham complex, and it does not disappoint. The bed was comfy, everything was very clean, and Jessica was very responsive upon check-in and during my stay. I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville, TN! The property is in an excellent location to walk to Broadway and experience everything it has to offer! Music lovers will absolutely love the location. The property is in pristine condition and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Inside, the decor is classy, fun, and upbeat, with two beautiful murals and musical memorabilia. We spent several hours at the pool and enjoyed relaxing/recovering on the balcony each evening after a long day of music, fun and sun! We did not have to worry about parking because there was a covered space included with easy access to the elevator! The evenings were surprisingly quiet, being so close to all the action, and the bed was super comfortable! A true gem, downtown Nashville! Highly recommend @stayjetsetting and loved working with Jessica!

We loved this place! I’m partial to Morgan wallen so that’s why I picked it. A balcony to people watch, bed was extremely comfortable, clean, perfectly located to everything we love to do. Everywhere we wanted to drive was 15/20 mins and everywhere we wanted to walk (like Morgan wallen bar) was a 15 min easy walk! Can’t wait to stay again.

Great stay with our two kids. Location was fantastic, easy to walk to Bridgestone arena, Broadway, and even the Gulch is only 1 mile walk. Parking (included in price) is a nice perk. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had three nights in the apartment. We found it to be a great place to base ourselves for our Nashville experience… easy walk to Broadway but also nice and quiet place to sleep away from all the action. The apartment was lovely and clean with high quality furnishings, bed, linen etc.

The place is exactly as described and has a perfect contemporary country music vibe to it…very comfortable bed and furniture…as-well. We particularly enjoyed the vinyl record player. Jessica is extremely quick and responsive to help in anyway including local spots to check out. Would stay again

Very cute place and very centrally located. We could walk to Broadway in less than 10 minutes. There’s a coffee place across the street with very fancy, delicious donuts. The Latch app isn’t as awful as we were led to believe. Lol. Just download the app ahead of time. Jessica is extremely accommodating and available if you need to reach her. We highly recommend!

The apartment was modern, clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment. The closet had plenty of room for us to hang our clothes. Jessica and Josh were great and responsive when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great host, perfect communication! We loved the theme, guitars, etc. and all of the small decorating details. The couch & bed where comfortable. The bedding was great. Overall we had a nice time here, and the Latch app was pretty easy to use. The building itself seemed quite a bit more run down than the listing described (but that may just come with any heavily populated area). Walking south (even in broad daylight) was a little sketchy, but walking north to Broadway felt very safe. We loved how walk-able this was to Broadway. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Last minute trip to Nashville. Like planned at 2pm and arrived at 1:20am after a 8hr drive. Jessica went out of her way to ensure we were all set for a great anniversary celebration weekend. Room was great and we have always loved staying at the burnham. Short walk to everything but avoid all the loud party noise. Can’t wait to come back!

Jessica was absolutely amazing the entire time that we stayed at her place in Nashville. She was responsive and immediately called off her personal phone to help us locate the entrance of the building. She also accommodated us and allowed us to check in hours before our original check in time because we arrived to Nashville way sooner than we thought. Lastly, I left a very important gift from a loved one back in the room after already being on the road back home for hours and she is shipping it to me so I can have it back. They go above and beyond for their guests and I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Nashville for any reason! This would be a wonderful spot for bachelorette, girls trip, couples trip. It’s perfect for anything and SO WALKABLE! Free parking was amazing but the location truly was the best. STAY HERE!!!!! ❤️

We enjoy our time at this apartment. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked great. Location was impressive and was in walking distance to many venues and restaurants. We were there in Nashville during spring break and there was some street noise that came through the window. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville, Jessica’s apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable…the decor was fun! Really nice place. It’s a good location, walkable to Broadway, the Arena, many restaurants. We struggled at first with the “latch” security system, but figured it out. Make sure your phone stays charged! We would stay here again!

Her unit at The Burnham is in a great location...just a short walking distance to the Broadway strip and Bridgestone arena. The communication before, during and after was top notch. Personally attentive. Was able to let us in early when we arrived. Also allowed a late checkout so we could keep our bags in the room until we left for the airport.

The place was spotless, had everything you could need for a great visit. The location is wonderful too - walking distance to all the fun! We attended the Titans game Sunday and it was an easy 20 minute walk to the stadium. If you are thinking of booking this place, just do it, you will not be disappointed.

Wowza! This place did not disappoint!! I loved how Tennessee Tipsy was decorated. My husband loved the guitars and decor as well. It’s cozy and cool and comfortable. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. And Jess and Josh were great hosts with excellent communication and they have little things that make everything easier like a guidebook they send you as well as one in the room. They also have a wooden plaque for guests to write a little note on with supplied sharpie marker. It was just a fun place to stay. Again I would go back there or try one of their other paces next time we are in TN.

Jessica's Condo was the perfect, and I mean perfect location for seeing Nashville for 4 days. We were in walking distance for us to everything. It was even closer to the honkytonks than I thought. We recommend this area for people who can walk 5 blocks and security. As older adults we learned how to navigate the big city and using the secure app to open all the doors to the building which is good for us to get techy. Thanks again, the unit was very clean and comfortable. Small convenience store close by but picked up groceries before arriving in downtown Nashville which is what we recommend.

Jessica was a very helpful, responsive, and accommodating host! Her place is so unique with the paintings of country artists and really makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special even while you’re still inside. The record player is also a fun touch. Last, the place is a ~10 min walk to broadway but still removed enough that it’s quiet at night. Would stay again for sure!

Amazing stay close to down town! Definitely worth it.

Location was very convenient and exactly what I needed. Jessica was great and responsive with any questions I had that came up during my stay. With it being downtown you do hear the city noise, but that is what you can expect if you want to stay anywhere close to Broadway.

Nashville had always been on our bucket list, so when we spotted this adorable place on Airbnb, we fell in love with its character and charm immediately! When we arrived, it was exactly what the picture’s advertised. We walked in and it felt like home instantly with a country vibe! Cozy and quaint, perfect for the two of us but plenty of room for 6 if need be. Jessica and Josh were absolutely wonderful and delightful hosts, so responsive, helpful and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect for our adventure! Very appreciative for that! Even though we checked Nashville off our bucket list, we’ll definitely be back to stay here again in the future! I had read a previous review and wanted to address it respectfully as well. There are homeless people in the city of Nashiville but they are harmless and they don’t bother you, so don’t feel frightened in anyway, it’s just sad to see and my heart always feels sad for anyone less fortunate than us.

This is the perfect location to Broadway! The place is beautifully decorated, very clean and fun! I highly recommend it. The pool is a great bonus too!

Located in a great location walkable to all broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame as well as the Ryman . Free parking was a plus. Jess and Josh were both great any time I ask questions or sent messages they were very responsive and always so friendly. Will definitely be spreading the word to my family and friends heading to Nashville to check out their airbnb rentals.

My wife and I stayed at Jessica’s place for a “weekday getaway.” The location is perfect but a tad bit noisy though we are rural folk and not use to noises of the city. The leasing office is directly above unit 502 which was quite noisy in the AM. Jessica was super accommodating with check-in due a change in flight time. The location is within walking distances to broadway and a few local attractions such as the What Lifts You mural/The Gulch, Martin’s BBQ, Parlor Donuts and Pride & Glory tattoo (both are directly across the street), Husk, and a few other great places to grab food/drinks off of Broadway. It’s perfect for anyone looking to see a live event at Bridgestone Arena or anyone in town for a conference. The Country Music HoF is basically across the street, too. My complaint outside of Jessica’s control is the amount of homeless people hanging out near the entrance and on the corner of Peabody street. We were cornered once by a homeless person which was a bit uncomfortable.

This was one of the most easiest host that I have ever worked with. This was my first time going to Nashville and it was so easy because of Jessica and Josh. The response time to answer any questions was truly crazy fast. She never got annoyed or mad that I had so many different questions. Truly had an amazing time here.

The Apartment was great. I have stayed in the building in other apartments. This one was my favorite so far. The balcony gives you a nice look at Broadway. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom were all great. The whole apartment is decorated really nice and feels like home. The location is very walkable to all things SoBro had to offer. I travel a lot for work and I would definitely stay here again.

This location was absolutely amazing. The accessibility to restaurants and the main strip was great, we never used our rental car because we were able to walk everywhere. The amenities were great and apartment was nothing short of festive - perfect for Nashville! We would book this place again.

Perfect place. Exactly like the pictures. I liked the new Latch system. Much easier than keeping up with keys or a card. We never had any trouble getting in or out due to traffic.
