Most of Hilton Head is built for crowds. The Spa isn't. Tucked onto the island's quiet north end, behind a gate and between two historic parks, this is the side of Hilton Head where the loudest thing in the morning is the shorebirds.
2310 sits on the top floor, which means two things: the light comes in all day, and nobody is walking around over your head. The villa has been renovated, and it shows. Clean floors run through the open living and dining space, and the kitchen has stainless appliances and everything you need to actually cook dinner instead of fighting for a table somewhere.
Slide open the balcony door and you're looking down at the pool with a still lagoon beyond it. It's the coffee spot in the morning and the wine spot at night. It's also where you check whether the pool is crowded before heading down. Spoiler: it usually isn't.
Two bedrooms, each with its own queen, plus two full baths mean nobody draws the short straw and nobody waits in line for the shower. With a washer and dryer right in the villa, you can pack half as much. It's an easy fit for two couples splitting a week or a small family that wants a little breathing room.
Then there's everything outside the door. A short walk takes you to The Spa's own stretch of beach on Port Royal Sound. It's all natural, inside a bird sanctuary, and never crowded, with a lookout pier for sunrise and dolphin watching. Back on property, you've got two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna for the cooler months, a fitness room, tennis courts, and bike paths that plug straight into the island's trail system.
When you want the rest of the island (the Atlantic beaches, Coligny, the restaurants, the golf), it's all a short drive. And when you're done with it, you come back to the quiet side.
Your stay includes the full villa plus everything the building has to offer — fitness center, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, dry sauna, and access to the Sound. Come and go as you please.

This isn't your postcard beach — and that's exactly the point. Port Royal Sound's natural shoreline is quiet, unhurried, and genuinely wild. Shallow, calm water makes it ideal for little ones, and the shell hunting here is serious business. Birdwatchers take note: bald eagles are regular visitors to this stretch of the island.
A heads-up before you go: at low tide, the bottom gets soft and muddy in spots. Water shoes are your friend here — though the brave and unbothered are welcome to squish through.
If you're chasing waves, boogie boards, or fluffy Atlantic sand, Islanders Beach or Folly Field Beach are your move — both are about 10 minutes away. But if you want the slow, unspoiled side of Hilton Head? You found it.

Parking requires a $25 guest pass payable at the guardhouse by credit card or digital wallet — a community requirement disclosed in full in your pre-arrival instructions.

While amenities like the pool, fitness center, dry sauna, and hot tub are available to all Spa guests, we have no control over them and their maintenance, repair, or availability. In the event that any of our community amenities becomes unavailable for guests, we assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for any of these amenities prior to or during your stay. By making your reservation you are acknowledging this disclaimer regarding our community amenities and agree unavailability will not be grounds for refund or cancellation of your reservation.
PET POLICY
No pets, excluding service animals, are permitted in our community. Service animals must be disclosed to the host prior to booking.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & DAMAGE WAIVER
Just a quick heads up, as also stated in our house rules, we have a simple, personalized rental agreement for you to sign within 48 hours of booking. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $35 management fee included in your stay. Relax and enjoy — if an accident happens, you're protected under Waivo.
