1116 Spa

First timers to Hilton Head and truly this was the perfect location for our family of 6! Right near the water, combination of indoor and outdoor pools- perfect! Pictures were exactly as the true appearance inside. Plenty of space and all listed amenities. He was responsive to questions and issues. Comfortable home environment for our family with kids aged 7-15. Enough space. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms that worked well. The beach area was truly our favorite! Pretty ponds and landscaping. Everything we needed inside to make meals there. The cats outside were so friendly, made it feel more like home. Furnishings were not brand new but all functional and clean. No issues to report.

Fantastic place and a nice beach for kids to play.

We had a beautiful stay here. The host was very friendly and willing to help with booking an Airbnb. we originally wanted a different place that David had for rent, but it got booked at the last second so David gave us a couple other options within what we still wanted. The condo was very nice. Not sure if the neighbor next door was a permanent resident, but my only complaint that can't be controlled was we couldn't keep the windows open by the dinette area because they were chain smokers and all we smelled was that. Overall, it was a nice stay for our family for a winter get away!

We all had a great time at David's condo. Very clean and the walk to the beach was right around the corner. We enjoyed everything about the location and David was great. Thanks!

David’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was very clean and up to date exactly how the pictures described. Response time was super fast! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we were not familiar with Hilton Head, so we did not realize we would need to drive about 20 minutes to restaurants, shops, etc.

David’s condo was the perfect getaway for our family. It was located a short 5 min walk to a private beach that had so much wild life. Our toddlers had such a great time pointing out the fishes, hermit crabs, and finding seashells. They also had a blast at the indoor and outdoor pool. The condo had plenty of space and was thoughtfully decorated. It was one of our best vacations and we will def be back!

From start to finish, we had a great experience. The property was quiet and just a short walk to the water. The condo was great. David had extra amenities that we appreciated when we got inside. There were snacks, coffee, a small amount of laundry pods and dish washing detergent. They also had plenty of kitchenware if you want to cook. We would stay here and recommend this property. the only draw back was the floors were dirty, it was uncomfortable to walk on that ,floor needs a sweep ang mopping

David and the other host was amazing have nothing negative to say about the place it self the parking was not fun and the man at the gate was not friendly the people upstairs stomped so much again that’s anywhere you go that has floors. We was steps away from the beach beautiful location loved the sauna was just mins away from anything we really needed will come back again but stay on different floor if available

This was our first time visiting HHI and we will definitely return. This condo was perfect! The garden area was beautiful and so close to the beach. I loved that they provided beach towels and chairs!

Beautiful place. As described. Incredible natural beach. I would only say if you don’t like cats or are allergic to stay away. There are a million feral cats on the property and literally anytime we opened the door they were there. They don’t bother you just more of a nuisance. Then there is a sign about a fee for feeding them but the neighbor Nextdoor to the unit literally leaves cat food at the door for them. Also, if you don’t like noise you may not want to stay on the first floor unit, as you can literally hear every footstep of those above. That said, we would stay again. The hosts were very responsive during our stay.

Went for spring break with a few friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and proximity to the beach for such a bargain price! The cats are also a plus :). We will definitely come back.

Pretty good spot. Clean and exactly as advertised. The WiFi was pretty weak, but flawless otherwise.

Great place to relax, walk the beach and area nearby and nice pools if weather is good. Not walkable to restaurants or bars but that is ok if you want to chill and have meals at home which we wanted.

What a BEAUTIFUL place! When you 1st walk in the door the sounds of the ocean is playing on the TV. You INSTANTLY leave all your stress and worries at the door. Very clean and enough room for family. They have thought of everything you will need for a vacation. The location is just a stroll away from the beach. The resort even has a few beach swings right near the shore if you don't feel like moving a muscle. Your hosts are there for you whenever you need them. You can't go wrong with this oasis by the sea.

So grateful to have booked this place with my children- I ended up extending my stay. I loved the natural beauty and serenity, the amenities and felt super comfortable within the unit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation spot. Had everything we needed, and we loved the beach.

David was a super responsive host. The space was quiet with a beautiful view overlooking a fountain, and the beach just out the front door. The community was quiet, parking easy, and kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. Loved the breakfast nook - a great sunny spot for a coffee with friends in the morning.

Great location if you like a quiet and relaxing place. Building is older but well taken care of. David was a great host. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working and he handled it in a timely manner. Would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay. My best friend and I have been coming to The Spa at Port Royal Sound for years. This is the first time staying at this condo and it will not be our last. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, close beach proximity and so peaceful. We loved that the condo had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and more. The host was great and very responsive. We will definitely be booking again next year for our girls trip!

We enjoyed the stay and all 5 of us slept comfortably! We enjoyed the puzzles and board games for even on vacation, we love staying in a little. The walk to the beach was easy and soothing. The host would check in and make sure we were comfortable; very friendly! Would come back and recommend it.

We had the greatest time at David’s house! Everything was as described in the listing. If we book a Hilton Head vacation we’d definitely book this place again!

David was very responsive and eager to help out! Everything we needed was provided for us. My only recommendation would be to be prepared for the “heel” of the beach. It is very muddy and not good for wagons. Very beautiful but maybe not good for young kids.

This place was recently updated, very clean and had a great host. It was also super peaceful and a in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I wish I had known is that the beach this is located on isn’t really swimmable- it’s not deep enough and the water recedes half the day. Maybe I missed that in the description. We only had to travel about ten minutes to get to a good beach, but when we typically stay oceanfront, we can use the ocean and spend our days there, the convenience of being right there is why we travel so far from NY.

Clean! Updated! Peaceful! Convenient! This condo is perfect for a family and the way that the host has it set up makes the best use of the space. The view of the lagoon is quiet and peaceful. Sometimes the neighbors can get loud and that is the only downfall of a first floor condo. But everything else is perfect. Clean, has all you need for activities and the beach, and right next to the beach to see all the sunrises and sunsets. Book this place, you will not be disappointed. I have stayed at a couple condos at the Spa on Port Royal and this is by far the best one I have stayed in.

We love coming to The Spa at Port Royal and this was our third trip here. This condo met all our expectations. It was located steps from the private beach that we love to spend our days at. It was super clean and very comfy. It had everything you can think of that you may need for a beach trip. David and his group communicated very well and checked in with us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. My family and my self highly recommend David’s place and would absolutely stay again in the future!

The home is in a nice, quiet part of Hilton Head and has a pretty view of the grounds. The unit is also close to the beach. The furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for lunches and snacking - although we did not prepare a meal.

Very spacious, beds were super comfortable, decor was very nice and modern but still stuck with the Hilton Head beachy vibes. David was an awesome host and very quick with his responses. We will definitely book here again & would recommend it to anyone! also enjoyed all the cats that hangout outside 😁

My wife and family enjoyed our stay this week. The place was as exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. Very easy with games, tv and other beach toys for kids. We would stay there again!

Had a great experience at this location, the place is as just as described and had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway, will definitely be renting this location again for a longer stay. Restaurants and shopping centers are just a few miles down the road, very convenient location.

Location was convenient to a tennis event I was playing in at Port Royal Racquet Club. Access to beach was wonderful as we had a great week of weather. Unit was clean, well equipped with thoughtful amenities.

Condo was nice for the weekend. Beach is on the “heel” of island so taking kids was not easy being no play area. Condo had nice pools and peaceful area to relax for the weekend. Condo had comfy cozy couch as well as games to play. Does include games and beach toys for stay. If need a nice weekend trip, this would be a great fit :) Host is friendly and helpful with all things that you need with. Would the recommend for a beach trip!

We had a great time during our week stay. The location is great and the beach is very close. We had no issues with the outdoor pools not being heated. My kids swam daily. Overall condo was cozy and perfect for our family of four.

We have stayed in the area a few times and this is our go-to Condo area! The room was great and worked wonderfully for my family. Definitely plan on staying with them again!

We came for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! David and Bonnee were responsive and helpful! They also were proactive to help us with the guidelines we would need to follow when we got there. The community is so cute and family friendly. There are a lot of feral cats, but they didn’t bother anyone. The condo was so nice and clean! They have thought of almost any amenity you might need, including beach towels and beach chairs. We brought our own, but it was wonderful to see they provided them in case we forgot. Since we were here in March, our kids spent a lot of time in the indoor pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!! Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful and the condo was perfect for what we needed for me, my husband, and my toddler. A great furniture lay out, comfy couch, and clean spaces!

Was a beautiful place inside and out! It was the perfect spot to unwind and unplug for a few days. Nice amenities and felt very cozy. Everything was spotless inside as well.

We enjoyed our stay! The whole place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The views were lovely. I was not expecting the number of cats that ran around the place (might be a Hilton Head thing, but not sure because we’re new to visiting the area), and I have an allergy to cats. So, that was a concern for me. We had some struggles with the WiFi not working, and really needed it for our son’s virtual school. But, heard from friends that live there, that they always have trouble with getting good signal. Otherwise, we loved the place and the host was always quick to respond and friendly.

The villa was amazing and felt very homey! It had everything you need and more! Everything was perfect from the kitchen to the living rooms and the bedrooms. The environment was very peaceful and the amenities were great! Would love to come back! The ultimate relaxing vacation!

Highly recommend, the condo was perfect. It made our Thanksgiving so peaceful and relaxing. The condo had ocean views, pool views, and a pond. 2 min walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time enjoying the indoor pool, hottub, and sauna. It had everything you could possibly need to cook with, games to play, lots of space for everyone. Bonnie is a great host and we can't wait for our next visit!
