Beautiful location! My husband and I visited for our wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous views! Perfect amount of space for the two of us. We got up early on our last morning to watch the sunrise, and it was breathtaking. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our entire stay. 10/10 recommend!

Great location and clean place! Would stay here again. I just wished they would’ve included the $25 parking pass in the cost of the place or provided you with the resident parking pass, but that’s just how things are in Hilton head with everything behind a security gate. Overall it was a cool place that has great views and direct access to Fish Haul beach! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very nice villa and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a cute area and right on the beach which was nice and convenient. I liked the location a lot because it was secluded and quiet even with neighbors. Overall it was a good stay!

My husband and I had very peaceful and relaxing stay, it was instant vacation as soon as we walked into the Airbnb. The view to the ocean was spectacular! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, it would have been nice to have had a full stove and a dishwasher washer, however we managed well without. We thoroughly enjoyed the walkable pathways to the ocean for our beach walks as the tides went out, we collected seashells and enjoyed the sun and waves. We will definitely return to this beautiful oasis!❤️

Hi everyone - I visited the condo in low tourist season for HHI. Parking your vehicle can be challenging if you want to park near your condo and unload. The Condo is almost for 1 person alone. These 1 bedroom condos at The Spa are very narrow and teeny so a family of 2 adults, 2 kids will be cramped. The Kitchen/Living area photo is not accurate - there are 3 stools and the large chair has a large ottoman. There is no room to sit on a stool and eat. There isn't a dedicated work table either. Just know too at the busy family seasons starting March the flow of people walking up the stairs will be heard in the master bedroom. Plus there is a cat sanctuary on the property before the main gate so there'll be at least a handful of feral cats in the passageways. The property is by the sound waterfront and is a natural delight at both high and low tides. Overall the condo offers the basics with a sweet view. Condo and Gate Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Everything was great for a last minute short stay. Condo is cute and kitchen is well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was clean and organized. The chairs on the back porch were amazing! It was just what we needed for a great little getaway.

We had a really great time, the location is top tier. The sunrise and sunset view and quick access to the beach was worth every penny. The indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were a really nice treat since our visit was during the colder winter months. Walking distance to Freedom Park, bike and walking trails, and historical forts. Really beautiful area with rich culture, history and food. If you have plans to bring kayaks, please know that you cannot. We originally booked here to use our kayaks in the the sound and other areas, but were later told we weren't allowed to bring them on our vehicles due to the condo complex rules. We would definitely stay here again, and plan to when it's warmer to enjoy all of the other amenities this place offers.

This little place was amazing. Had everything you need. David didn’t leave anything out. I would highly recommend this little piece of heaven.

The condo was exactly as described. Host was very quick to respond to an issue with wifi password. The place was very nice had everything thing needed for shorter stay. However, I missed a couple of things on the listing which I will mention. If a dishwasher and an oven are important to you, this condo does not have them. Again, listing does not mention them but as I said, I missed it and I assumed incorrectly they were there. Lastly, there is some renovations going on in the condo next door, so for the next week or so this may be something you want to confirm with the host. Likely not a real issue on the weekend, but during the weekdays things could be a bit loud during the day. All in all a great place, nice view and a wonderful host.

Awesome place to visit. No dishwasher and a location on first floor a little noisy when trying to rest. Also, sliding glass door does not lock and wooden stick not long enough to keep intruders out.

I had such a great stay at David’s place on Beach City Rd! The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The complex itself is super nice with pools, tennis courts, and easy access to the beach—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The area was quiet and felt really safe, but still close enough to restaurants and things to do on Hilton Head. Definitely a comfortable and enjoyable spot, I’d stay here again! 🌴✨

Staying at David’s Villa was the MOST ENJOYABLE experience and exactly what I needed for my Birthday getaway. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature on the beach front was my dream come true! Oh and the snacks and coffee provided were also GREAT! David and his team were wonderful host – very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect and the amenities were top-notch. Indoor/outdoor pools, sauna and hot tub on top of peace and quiet pushes this Dream Waterfront Villa to the top of my HIGHLY RECOMMENDED list. You will love your stay here and I will definitely be visiting again!

The condo was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The sliding glass doors open to a gorgeous oceanfront view, making the space feel bright and inviting. While compact, it has everything you need, and the host was quick to respond, ensuring a smooth experience.

What a perfect stay with our little family of 4. David’s place was a great location and had everything we needed. David reached out to me to check and see if everything was going good and that we had everything we needed. I mentioned needing a sauté pan for dishes I had bought to cook, the same afternoon I got a knock on the door with a brand new saute pan he bought to ensure I had all I needed! He was great, the place was great and the morning sunrise view from the porch is beyond great. Wonderful stay and we will most definitely be returning!

Great place to stay! Enjoyed the view! The only problem:the surprise fee for parking ! I call Mr. David - question him about it- and I knew the information was not there and stated it was! I was at the pool and met another teacher- and she stated that the information was not there about the parking fee either and when she book her room - also It did not appear until she got the confirmation and the instructions to get inside the room and the expectations- So be aware you will pay for parking - there not a lot parking and you will need a credit or debit card - other than this issue - everything was okay!

Beautiful view! The place is off the beaten path removed from much of the hustle and bustle of HHI. The complex isn't terribly well maintained, which of course is no fault of David's. His unit is clean and cosey. Thanks for a last minute stay, David!

David’s place was just as described, perfect for my husband and I to spend his birthday at! they had complimentary snacks and tonsss of different options for coffee (k cup or regular pot coffee). the view from the porch/living room was my favorite. everyone was very responsive when we ran into a hiccup or two and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. we would definitely return. thank you david !!!

Directions were accurate and easy to find. Given these condos were older David's place is well kept, clean, with all the amenities one needs. Including beach chairs, tote, and towels! Loads of coffee (thank you!) and even snacks! The view from the porch was amazing. Everyone there was quiet and peaceful. Never crowded. Though not alot of beach, low tide was amazing to go out and walk miles on sand dunes and explore around the rocks. Only negatives is the parking ( not alot near condo), and the "black sludge in areas of the beach. Not sure what it is or the causes but walking out during low tide to the sand dune was tricky due to the thick black sludge, but worth it! David was responsive with issues, such as wrong door code when we arrived, and wifi info. Overall great place to stay! Good price, and good locations. Within 5 mi of anything you need! 1.5 hr from Tybee island. We really enjoyed this stay, would come back again! Thank you all for sharing your property with us!

The location, setting, water view were all incredibly beautiful. Access to the beach area and surrounding walkways could not have been more convenient. Sunrises over the water were beautiful. The lack of steps to the apartment made it easy for my disability to maneuver. Parking was sometimes lacking and a second handicap space might have helped? The apartment was too crowded with large furniture. We were unable to turn off the overhead fan and the hallway ceiling light, which was annoying. The apartment was WAYY too cold when we arrived. The lack of a regular coffee pot and a way do make our own coffee MAY BE A SHOWSTOPPER for us to return. The coffee pods are completely unacceptable. If we had known, we might have brought our own coffee pot. As it was we had to go to Starbucks, (which we were unable to do in our sleepwear). Please fix that.

The property is older but beautiful. The condo itself was small but the space was utilized well. It was well stocked and there was a nice selection of snacks and coffee on the counter when we arrived. The view was beautiful and there were lots of shells and wildlife. We even saw a bald eagle on the sandbar 3 days in a row. The only downside was that this wasn’t a great beach area for sunbathing or playing in the water. The tide goes out very far each day so you have to walk through some very soft mush to get far out near the water. We chose to go to the Folley Rd Beach a couple of days for a beach experience more like what we were used to. Overall, it was a great stay. The property had so many beautiful trees and lovely hydrangeas.

This place exceeded or expectations! It was so peaceful and the views were amazing.we cooked breakfast/dinner almost everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the sunrise every morning was so beautiful. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we will be planning our beach trips to David’s condo from here on out! 🙂

The condo is very clean, most importantly, and just as described. the views were great in the early morning, and the tide drastically changes throughout the day which was really fun to witness and take pictures of. You feel safe and your belongings/vehicle in the Spa community. I would definitely return in the future!

Amazing view. Quiet neighborhood.

Great stay! It’s quiet and peaceful, and you basically have your own little beach 50 steps from your door. We spent mornings and evenings on the deck, listening to the water rolling in. During the day, a handful of families were out playing in the water, but it was still so quiet and peaceful. The team was super responsive and helpful with providing me with faster WiFi information (since I was working part of the time) and helped me with a delivery issue I had. They were excellent! The space is small, but for two of us, it was just fine. ☺️

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you'll need. The view is beautiful and during high tide, the water is RIGHT there. David was very attentive--checking on us and sharing information as needed. Would definitely recommend! The only downside (and no reflection of David or his condo) is most of the day was low tide and it's a bit of a walk to get out to the water. The beach was more shelly/rocky and muddy in some parts, so some of the days we drove down to Coligny Beach for a nicer beach. Just FYI.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! But… If you can’t find anything else, make sure to screenshot the offer before booking. I booked for two days, paid $335 & somehow was only allowed to stay 1 day. They barged in without notice & the owner David is extremely inconsiderate, arrogant & disrespectful. Never had a host, customer or anyone flip a switch & yell at me & tell me to get the f*** out NOW. Really surprised he’s aloud to be involved with Airbnb let alone be called a host. Extremely disappointing. I even swept & mopped his dirty & sandy floor when I arrived.

We were impressed when arriving in the cleanliness as well as the view!

Our 2 weeks stay at David's place was great! It was my first time in Hilton Head too, what a lovely Island. David made everything seamless. He was very attentive through the whole process and answered any questions. His unit faced the ocean and the views were simply breathtaking, from the sunrises to the beach, especially at low tide. It was so unique. We even saw an eagle actually just sitting on the beach, in fact have a a video!

Nice apartment with beautiful view of the tidal flats and sound. Very clean. We had a great time birding and walking the immense tidal flats at low tide. We saw many species of shorebirds and wading birds. Total species seen from these premises in 2 days was 34. Would rent again.

David made sure our stay didn’t only start off great but that those standards were maintained for us throughout and at the end of our stay. Ive stayed a week in Hilton head every July since I was a kid and it’s good to know I have a nice option for a great stay when I want to come during the off season.

Awesome, super peaceful location! We had never stayed on this part of the island before and were excited to check it out. This unit exceed every expectation and we felt right at home! Incredible location to sit on the balcony and watch sunrise with a cup of coffee. Super easy access and short walk to the beach.

David’s place was very nice and welcoming! We felt right at home. Ocean view and being able to hear the ocean from apartment was amazing! Can’t wait to go back:)

I would give David and his team 10 stars if it were possible. The villa was immaculate and peaceful. As I entered the place I could hear calming music coming from the living room. That set the tone for my entire visit. On my journey home I realized that I had left my laptop at the villa and panicked. I pulled over and called David. He made sure that everything would be alright and arranged a pick up spot for the return of my laptop! The customer service he and his team displayed was over the top! They were so apologetic to me and the mistake was my own. Thank you for making my first experience to Hilton Head Island a memorable one. I hope to return again soon.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved David's place! The space was perfect and the view is amazing, especially at sunrise. The space has quick beach access and we loved looking for shells during low tides. Everything else on the island was only a short drive away. David made sure everything went smoothly for check-in/check-out and was always available to communicate with during our stay. If you are looking for a more quiet, peaceful area of Hilton Head to stay at, we definitely recommend this place. We wish we could've stayed longer!

A wonderful get away for a peaceful weekend - Interior has been not only updated, but upgraded - a nice stay and great view as well as morning strolls during low tide seeing much wild life including a pair of bald eagles. just an FYI - there is no dishwasher, indoor hot tub and pool on site is out of commission (important to us with the time of year we were going and was confirmed there was one to be able to use) Parking is not labeled so you may be walking to your place from the visitor section even though in the description is reads hot tub, two parking spots and load the dishwasher and run before you check out. So just a few little things to pivot. All and all a great experience for an older condominium complex with an upgraded unit with beautiful views and great wild life.

We enjoyed our stay! It was our first time being at the Sound, so it was a cool, new environment. Very clean and well-appointed space! We just wish were able to get in touch with the host about bringing our groceries before check-in, because we had been traveling. Overall great stay!

We decided to take an end of the summer getaway before school. We wanted a condo with a view and away from tons of people. The condo delivered! The view of the sound and proximity to the water was amazing. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. They even provided extras like toothpaste, snacks, etc. beds were comfy and the living space was perfect for my little family of 3. 100% recommend this place. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to booking again in the future!

The unit was just as described, very clean, bedding very comfortable, security was great. As you walk along the paths by the pools & pond (with hugh fish) the plants, flowers & trees are beautiful. On this trip we wanted a different beach experience, somewhere peaceful, quiet, beautiful views, this was the perfect property & unit. The welcome tray with goodies was a nice touch. Well Done!
