David's place is on a quiet beach with beautiful views. The condo was clean with all the basic things you need. Overall, we were happy staying here and would stay again if we come back to Hilton Head!

We stayed here for a long weekend with another couple & it was PERFECT! The condo was Extremely Nice & Clean! It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen & even the bathroom! I could have left 1/2 of the stuff I packed at home. I know it mentioned the stuff there in the description but I also have been mislead by that before, but not this time! I Loved the Sleep Number bed. David & Co-Host Lucy were VERY POLITE & responsive when I messaged. We really Appreciated being Thanked for staying here & even offered for us to stay another night for a discounted fee, which we would have Loved to do but this thing called "work" awaited us on Monday :( We will DEFINATELY be back!! This was a great place to stay with a very accessible and quiet beach along the river. We stayed in early April and the weather and conditions of the beach were great. Don't let the negative complaints about the tidal beaches deter you from this place, at least not during the moderate climate in April. It was very fun to scour the tidal beaches for shells and ocean life. Many restaurants and grocery store a short drive away. Tons of history to explore within walking distance. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect place to stay for a family with small children. The beach is just a short walk, not crowded, and felt very safe for my kids. We loved it. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The place was beautiful! I love the natural light from the windows. The villa had everything you needed and whatever you didn’t realize you needed. It was kind of dark in the stairwell at night but other than that, I’d stay over and over again.

Had a great week long stay here! The proximity to the beach and water was incredible and the condo was perfect for two adults and an infant - we loved the layout and all the small touches that made our stay very comfortable and easy. Would come again!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we still love it. Great peaceful beach and location.

My mom and I decided on a last minute trip. David was so accommodating and made the trip easy. We are picky about our accommodations and this newly refurbished condo was perfect. So clean with top of the line finishes throughout. It was stocked with everything you could think of and some. I especially enjoy the coffee bistro they set up and snacks. Only steps away from the pools and beach. We enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna which was clean and well taken care. The pictures don’t do this unit justice. The only draw back we could think of was it’s on the third floor. But once we were unpacked it was so worth it for the view. Would absolutely go back. Thank you David! Tracy & Sandra

Beautiful area to visit with family. Kid friendly. There was so much to do in the area. Very quiet. We enjoyed the local amenities and tours located just minutes away. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here for 5 nights. Awesome AB&B unit... very well renovated modern unit stocked with everything you need. Very response hosts. Only negative experience was dishwasher not working but hosts were very responsive and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a great, peaceful and pleasant vacation. It was exactly what we needed and the condo was extremely cozy. Hidden gem. We hope to make this a regular vacation.

Comfortable and clean. A couple small snacks on the tray were nice to have on arrival. Lots of things to do nearby, and we enjoyed multiple walks on the beach, which has eagles and plovers. Can confirm that the beach is a mix of sandy and muddy areas. The apartment has a pool view, and one can also see the beach from the dining nook side of the window. Kitchen works well and has pots, pans, utensils, and baking sheet, enough for a small family. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. While it is near an airport, it is otherwise a quiet spot. AC worked well. The roku in one of the bedrooms had difficulty connecting, the other two were fine. Good water pressure. Would stay again.

First time in Hilton Head. We were very impressed with the accommodations. Exceeded all expectations! Well equipped with everything needed including snacks and coffee. Spotless clean! Nice appliances and furnishings throughout. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! The place was beautiful, super clean, comfortable and just steps from the beach. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. We highly recommend it.

We were very impressed with this beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed the peach and tranquility. The sunrises were the absolute best.

Exactly as described, beautifully redone, easy beach views and access, and the facilities were a nice added touch. There were very few people there during my visits, and I used the indoor gym, sauna, and hot tub daily. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and prepare coffee of all types. The blinds and fireplace were all on remote controls. There is a small private pier not far from the front door that you can watch sunsets and rises. David provided clear instructions, but I had some issues with communication. There are Smart Smoke Detectors in the condo and they malfunctioned and went off a few times during my stay, one of which was early in the morning hours. I reset them myself and had no further issues, but didn't hear back from him when I reached out. I also had some issues with the front door locking mechanism, it sometimes wouldn't lock and I double checked it consistently. Lastly, the "beach" is more muddy/swampy then other parts of the island, and limited in area FYI.

Very clean and great location. Responsive host! Loved that coffee was already there and a couple of snacks! Great view; however, there isn’t a balcony. It’s closed in which is great for the very hot or very cold days, but you can’t sit outside and enjoy on those beautiful days. Yes, there are stairs and an elevator is not an option.

Everything was great. Nice location, well stocked kitchen and modern fixtures. $20 Parking for stay and carry cash. Bring your own hand soap. Near to Airport too.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb in Hilton Head. David was quickly responsive to all of our questions. Airbnb was neat and clean for our stay.

The condo was excellent, however, the building itself is fairly old and lacking an elevator. My sister and I were on the 3rd floor and trying to carry up our suitcases was a struggle, if this has been an elderly couple or handicapped they would not have been able to get to the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Very much enjoyed my stay at David’s space. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great view of the water.

A fabulous find in Hilton Head Island. The condo was immaculate. The grounds were beautiful and serene. Even though it was a condo unit it felt very secluded and private. Also, a very quiet neighborhood. Yes, there is an airport nearby but flights are few and the noise wasn’t intrusive in the least. We barely noticed the noise. The kitchen was well stocked. There was even an Instant Pot! The tray of snacks and coffee pods were much appreciated! The living room was comfortable, the huge TV was great with multiple streaming apps available. Bedrooms were well appointed. The main bath, we loved the walk-in shower. We most certainly would stay here again when we are in the area again.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean updated condo. The beach is a tidal beach so lots of fun for the kids to explore. One of the pools is right by the room so very convenient.

We loved our stay & would rent from David again in the future. The location is so beautiful & relaxing. Everything there is well thought out.

The pictures are exactly what you are getting. The condo was spacious and very modern along with being very updated. The surroundings are quiet and very peaceful with lots of shade and scenery. Please read the description throughly before renting: the 3 flights of stairs can be rough if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The cats are there, are not afraid of people, and will walk on your vehicles. The beach is a natural beach and not a man made beach so if your expecting something like Myrtle Beach; this isn’t it. We had a great time, my son loved being that close to the ocean, which was not crowded at all. We loved all the pools and the property itself was as great. The condo has everything you could want or need for a nice vacation. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and it was so peaceful and relaxing! The unit was beautiful and recently updated. The view was gorgeous! If you happen to have forgotten anything it was most likely provided for you in the room. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway!

David’s place was one of the best places I’ve stayed. In my experience it is so hard finding places that look like their pictures! I just want to say David’s place is the closest to it! It is as clean as the pictures, all the way down to the crevices and corners. it was inviting, and the view was just amazing. The step up area is so cool and just an awesome place to have a conversation and enjoy the beautiful view! I’d also like to point out that it came with a PS5! Which was very interesting Lol! Made it very easy to put on our favorite movies or shows! Will most definitely be back to enjoy this same stay.

My husband and I just wanted a peaceful getaway. We had everything we need to either stay in or head to the beach. Only 20 mins away from your main beach and other activities, restaurants and shops. We definitely plan to come back again.

The unit was so clean. Lots of extra amenities-every kitchen gadget along with coffee, tea, snacks and more. Totally remodeled and new feeling!!! Great view. The master bedroom mattress is top of the line, but I had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom as mattress was so soft and non supportive. I would stay again.

Amazing place all around, would recommend! The views were beautiful and the whole complex was peaceful and quiet. The interior was outstanding and the seat by the window with the beach view was the best part! Couldn’t have picked a better place, I was extremely happy.

The place was as described. Beautiful location! The host had everything we needed and was so thoughtful with all the snacks& coffee bar! Location is within 10-15 mins of all the Hilton Head attractions. We had a great stay!

David’s place was modern and clean. A few things that I really enjoyed: the bed is a sleepnumber bed, there is a sauna in the indoor pool house, well stocked coffee bar, and it is basically on the beach. Heads up: you must pay $20 cash to park…they only take cash for some reason. Overall this was a 10/10. Thanks David!

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped and unique condominium. The ocean view was incredible. The resort was beautiful and the condominium was comfortable, classy, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend David’s place and look forward to coming back in the future.

The condo has a nice side view of the ocean from the closed in porch. The recent renovation is well done. all the necessities were there: soap, dish towels, great coffee maker, coffee, sugar, creamer, dishes, wine glasses, snacks and UPC code for details about the complex. Plenty of room for 3 adults, child and an infant. Each bedroom has its own bath. Indoor pool was fun for the kids. The beach is more for walking than swimming and is very natural. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean. It had a good view. Good coffee area & stocked kitchen for cooking. Some things about the place: Beds - 1 was a sleep number & other was a regular spring mattress. I'm a foam mattress fan. Sleep numbers slept strange for my husband & I. But, it's a love it or hate it type of thing. Plenty of towels in the place but bring more wash cloths & tissues if you need them. Lots of spices, coffee, and tea options. Good amount of dishes & pans. The place listed a blender but bring your own if you use that. This one was hand held. This airbnb left a pretty decent list of things they wanted you to do before you left but didn't tell you until 6am the day of check out. All rooms had TVs but internet was spotty when we were there so couldn't watch it too much or be on our computers when it was cold.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to several wildlife conservancies and the natural beach (with extensive tides) is amazing. It is a bird photographer's dream. Very peaceful area of Hilton Head Island. Host and owner were responsive to messages and addressed minor concerns quickly and thoroughly.

Love, love, love. Love the new roomy remodel. Love the view and how near it is to the ocean. Love how easy it was to travel to golf courses and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay, and it felt just like home. The home is very beautiful and everything was very clean. The Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom was a plus. We slept peacefully and comfortably each night. The PlayStation 5 was also a plus. Next time I’m in Hilton Head, It’s a must I stay here.
