Some houses on Hilton Head are built to sleep you. This one is built to hold everybody. The front door opens into a living space that runs two stories up, with windows on every side and a ceiling that makes the whole room feel like it's breathing. There's a sofa and a loveseat facing the TV, two armchairs pulled up to the fireplace, and a dining table that seats six in the round. In between sits the wet bar — a free-standing slab of granite with its own sink and wine cooler, which is where everyone ends up standing whether you plan it that way or not.

 

The kitchen is the real workhorse. Five burners, two ovens, and enough counter space that two people can cook without negotiating for it. Pull the bar stools around the granite counter and the cook is never stuck in a room by themselves.

 

Push open the French doors and the house keeps going. The screened lanai has its own TV and looks out over quiet lagoon water. A few steps down and you're at the pool — private, updated, with covered dining for four and enough deck to spread out on. Mornings here are coffee and quiet. Afternoons are the pool. Evenings are the grill, the lanai, and the kind of light the Lowcountry does better than anywhere.

 

Four bedrooms mean nobody draws the short straw. Two sit on the main floor, including a king suite with its own bath and a door straight out to the back patio. Up the stairs, a third bedroom with a queen and fourth king waits under cathedral ceilings with a private balcony and a bath lit by a skylight — the room you give the couple who booked last or take for yourself and don't apologize.

 

Outside the front door, you're a short walk from Lawton Stables and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and a quick ride from Harbour Town, the beach, and everything that makes this island worth the drive.

 

You will have the entire property all to yourself. Access is by keypad smart lock and your personal access code for your stay will be provided at least 48 hours prior to check in.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $35 management fee included in the transaction for your stay. Relax and enjoy your stay!! SEA PINES COMMUNITY

 

Sea Pines is a private, gated community. Community passes can be purchased at the gate for short term rental guests for $20.00 per vehicle.

 

BEACH ACCESS

 

This home sits in the Plantation section of Sea Pines with golf and lagoon views. The beach is a short drive or bike ride, not a walk. Sea Pines has miles of paved leisure trails, and biking or the trolley is genuinely the best way to get around the island.

 

CONSUMABLES & TOILETRIES

 

We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps,shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

 

The home has three king beds and one queen. The tenth guest sleeps on the living room sleeper sofa.

 

PET POLICY:

 

Yes, our rental does allow pets, but by booking this property, you must agree to the following terms listed below:

 

All pets must be identified on the reservation at the time of booking. Please disclose more details on the pet after receiving confirmation from AirBnb your reservation has been secured.

 

Our rental allows only hypoallergenic, non shedding dogs. No cats due to allergies. The maximum amount of dogs allowed at our rental is 2.

 

We also have a weight restriction of dogs no more than 50 pounds. If you are bringing two, the sum of the two weights must be less than 50 pounds. The dog must be housebroken -- no puppies.

 

The animal must not be left unattended inside the rental or tethered outside. Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that the pet's barking is not disruptive to neighbors.

 

Please pick up after your pet when it goes to the bathroom outside. Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (crate, if using). Please do not use our bath towels to wipe dirt, mud, etc. off their paws.

 

Our pet fee is a nonrefundable fee of $100. Should the home require additional cleaning or pet damage be found following your stay, you will be held financially responsible.

 

If you have visitors while staying at the property, please note they are not permitted to bring pets. Failure to disclose a pet or unapproved pets found on the premises will result in a $250.00 fine.

 

POOL HEATING

 

Pool heating is available September through May only. There is a three-night minimum, $75 fee.

 

FIREPLACE

 

The fireplace in the living room is decorative and is not available for guest use.

 

REFUNDS

 

We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
