We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Love the location to everything and to the water.

I really enjoyed the space. There ended up being a total of 4 guests and there was more than enough space for everyone. The place looked exactly like the photos. The beach was just a short walk away and was so peaceful. We met lots of other friendly guests and families :) The place was clean and had everything you need, would def recommend!!

Our first trip with our one year old! This Airbnb made the stay even better — easy walk to the beach, beautiful views, and stocked with everything we needed like a wagon, beach chairs, and more which made traveling with a little one so much easier. The location was great too, close to restaurants, shops, and fun things to do without being overcrowded. We made the best memories here and can’t wait to come back someday!

Had a great stay, easy access to beach for sunrise/sunset. Only issue we had is water clogging in the tub.

David's place was clean and located in a quiet, beautiful location. His instructions were clear and he checked in with us on occasion to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again when in Hilton Head.

Villa overall was nice, clean, and like the photos. However the couch could use a good cleaning. Peaceful location, short walk to the beach. The beach area is beautiful. Short drive to shops and restaurants. My only draw backs were the amenities, there is only 1 hot tub (that wasn't working correctly) and 1 indoor pool for LOTS of Villas. There are multiple outdoor pools but they are not heated this time of year. Workout area is very small, and my daughters were a little freaked out by an older man who came into the gym with them unbuttoned his shirt in front of them, and was a little odd, so they didn't return. It appears a lot of these Villas are lived in full time. Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the beach.

David’s condo was a perfect place to vacation without the crowds. The condo was clean, well stocked with every day necessities, and David communicated very well. My wife and I had a great time and would recommend David’s place to anyone.

David’s place at the Spa on Port Royal Sound was AMAZING!! My husband and I loved the view from our balcony. We felt tucked away beneath the trees, overlooking the lagoon while also having front row seats to every beach sunrise and sunset. Totally perfect! We will absolutely be back. I want to say thank you to David and team for accommodating my family and I during our trip. We had to change our spring break plans scheduled for the week of the 29th to the 21st through the 24th due to my grandfather passing away, unexpectedly. David’s home was exactly as described wayyy closer to the beach than expected, literally a 30 sec. To 1 min. Walk max and you’re touching sand. He was responsive to all requests and even gave us a later check out to spend more time with our family. Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations and I hope that you also thought we were great guest! I can’t wait to book again under different circumstances.

We enjoyed our stay here. We did notice that the shower drain was excessively clogged and there were several spots that were lacking in cleanliness. The location was great and the amenities were nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s place. I grew up on the island, but had not spent much time on the north end prior to this visit. We loved how peaceful and tucked away the villas were. The beach was great for relaxing and the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room were added bonuses. The home was clean and well stocked. The snacks left for us were greatly appreciated! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor seating was great for morning coffee. We would rent from David in the future.

Great place, super close to a nice long beach. The king bed was super comfortable and the water got real hot in the shower! Ocean view at the balcony was so sweet for our morning coffee and breakfast, even when it was a bit chillier in February. AND IT’S RIGHT NEXT TO A CAT SANCTUARY - THEY HAD A VALENTINE’S DAY EVENT AND WE WENT TO VIST AND FEED SOME OF THE CATS AT THE SANCTUARY.

Overall great stay at David’s villa at the Spa. Very tucked away from it all. Great set up for a family with nice amenities. Beach/Sound a bit different than your typical beach/shoreline experience, but still an absolutely beautiful setting with serene landscape.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and there were so many things provided! Laundry pods, dishwasher pods, snacks, towels, EVERYTHING! Will definitely be booking here again!

This was our 5th stay at The Spa over the past few years and this unit was by far the best renovated condo we’ve stayed in. My favorite spot at these condos is on the back porch drinking coffee overlooking the lagoon and out towards the sound. This unit’s porch had nice flooring and a granite bar top across the railing that made a perfect place to enjoy eating and drinking with million dollar views. Unit was super clean, kitchen was fully updated, and the kids room was perfect with a full size bunk bed and tv. The tower fans in each bedroom were also a nice touch. Will be looking for this unit again next year!

This was a very peaceful place with beautiful and walkable paths throughout with cozy spots to sit and take in the amazing views. The villa was a comfortable home away from home.

The sound is a perfect location for a quiet retreat or a vacation with little kids. The condo was exactly what we needed and allowed me to take care of my small children and enjoy the beauty of the island. We will be coming back next fall!

Our stay in the condo was great! It was updated wonderfully. They also thought of everything extra, which was great. You pretty much have to adjust beach time according to high tide, which was early evening. However, during morning low tide you had plenty area for exploring the sand. It’s great overall. Very quiet and relaxing area!

Unfortunately this place is not as advertised. It is not a beachfront villa, there are no ocean views. It is more of a wildlife reserve and the ‘beach’ is a marsh. It’s muddy, not sandy. There was construction all over the property which we weren’t notified of. The place advertised as ‘no pets’; however there are feral cats on the property (we saw at least 4); not an ideal place if you have allergies. The host was very responsive until we expressed concerns, then it was radio silence. The inside of the condo was nice and clean and matched the pictures; unlike the outdoors. It’s quite run down, many of the amenities were broken or unusable. Bbqs are charcoal from the 1970’s. Air BNB could improve their vetting process. We called over 12 times with no support. It was 13 hours of run around when we requested to leave and expressed concerns within an hour of arriving. We were promised a full refund or a new place to stay that night, which didn’t happen. We will not return.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Spa at Port Royal Sound, and I can’t recommend it enough! The accessibility to the amenities was fantastic, making it easy to spend time with my family and no hassle. Surrounded by natural beauty, the serene atmosphere truly enhanced our experience. The surroundings and sound of nature created a perfect backdrop for our stay. Cleanliness was evident throughout the condo too, made me feel comfortable and safe during my visit!

The inside of the condo was nice overall and had everything we needed. The tub/shower floor was not clean upon arrrival. The beach is not a typical beach for swimming. We did not feel safe going into the water without shoes on to protect our feet from the oysters. We ended up spending our time at a public beach not far away. The complex was safe, but not super clean as there was dog poop on the 2nd floor walkway to the units for two days before it was cleaned up. The unit was fine, but we were disappointed in the proximity to the beach especially for what we paid for our stay. The pool areas were nice. We should have done more research on the area before booking the trip.

Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

Be aware that the “beach” is of course on the sound (as mentioned by the listing) so the tides greatly affect the beach front area and is different than the typical “beach” on the island.

A great place for a small family right next to the beach. It’s super convenient to the north end of the island and full of local history that’s worth seeing. We liked the heater/fireplace and back patio, and everything else as advertised!

We would definitely rent this condo again. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom and kitchen were beautiful. We had our coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning which had beautiful views. Parking was always easy and there is only one set of stairs to go up. The location is a short drive to everything but far enough away that it is private and relaxing.

The stay was incredible. The natural beach located right outside the door was just beautiful. We got to watch a bald eagle for about an hour and a half on the beach one day. The place is tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful place! David was able to accommodate us last minute due to Hurricane Helene. We would recommend David’s place to friends and family looking for a peaceful getaway! Our 3 year old loved the beach area and all the shells. Very quick drive to Coligny Park area and other great food spots.

We had a few hiccups at the start of our stay, but David was incredibly responsive and made sure that we were taken care right away. Some of the furniture could use a bit more cleaning and is starting to look pretty tired, but overall most things were in good condition. The location was perfect and we loved having access to the beach directly from the condo. We also loved seeing all the cats that roamed around outside in the area!

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. The couch is fairly small and not very comfortable, but we weren’t in the unit enough for that to make a difference. The beach towels and closet with beach gear/chairs was a huge benefit to save us from having to pack all of those things. I messaged the host with one question and never got a response so I’m glad we didn’t need anything pressing. Overall great experience and we would recommend this stay to others! Thanks!

I am an experienced consumer of vacation rental homes. Without a doubt or hesitation, David’s home was outstanding. Everything about our experience was first class. David is a fantastic host - communications were extremely responsive, clear and friendly. The unit was exactly as described and more - extremely well decorated (something out of Elle Decor, a fav of mine), pristine, bright, every detail well thought through including a welcome tray of snack goodies, kitchen well stocked with every and anything you might need, top of the line appliances!! The location/complex was beautiful. It was important to us to be walking distance to the beach - less than 3 minute walk to chairs down in the sand (yes, David supplied very nice chairs & beach towels). The view from our balcony was picturesque - ocean, beautiful fish ponds with fountains. Will we be back and would we recommend David’s home - 💯💯! Don’t hesitate, rent today!

We stayed Friday - Tuesday for our baby moon and it was the perfect getaway! We really appreciated the kitchen being stocked with all the basics — cutting boards, pots/pans, salt & pepper, coffee (Keurig) and creamer. Very clean and wonderful hosts. Thank you again!!

We had a great stay at David’s place. The space is nicely decorated and instantly made us feel at home. Very comfortable beds made for a great night of sleep as well. It was a great space for our family of 4. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful and quiet and we were able to enjoy a walk on the beach as it is extremely easy access to get there. David provided great communication prior to our stay which made check in seamless. Overall we had a terrific stay and would highly recommend David’s place for your next stay in HHI!

The proximity to the sound/ beach and ocean area was nice. The lagoon view was really nice as well as the water view! The condo was like the pictures and the outside porch was also accurate and a nice place to spend time! While the airport was very close, the planes were only noticeable from the outside Overall, this was a very nice place to vacation!

Condo was nice, safe and clean. King bed was very hard could not sleep well. No Amazing Views-See a tree straight in front of you on the deck. You have to hang out over the deck to see the side view of the sound. Very disappointing. You cannot swim in the water there due to oyster shells that will cut you, marshy lagoon land, etc. Resident living there said not to even walk out in the water too dangerous! Had us worried. We ended up at a beautiful place in Caligany ocean front and spent all of our time there. Swam and enjoyed the water. I would say false advertising. Ad should say more about nature and not really a swim area unless you want to go to the pool. For water lovers not a good spot at all. Good spot for naturalists looking to see the lagoon, marshy land, lots of shells was nice and a great walking beach area just not good to get into the water. Very disappointed and would not have picked this. I have stayed at the Tennis Golf Spa and Resort ad was on point.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was great for kids and the style and decor was beautiful. Bonnee was a wonderful host and very helpful/quick to respond. The beach was unique and fun to explore once we figured out to avoid the puffer mud (ha), and we really enjoyed watching the planes fly over every few minutes. We loved how close the condo was to the beach. Only thing I would note is there’s no elevator and so you have to make trips up one flight of stairs when loading/unloading (fine for us, but might be difficult for some). Would stay here again. :)

Been to Hilton Head a number of times, this is the worst experience ever. I paid $1,400 for 3 nights for this unit which is described as "beach-front villa with AMAZING water views". But the unit has absolutely no water views. It's not a villa either. It is in the middle of a motel-style building with hundreds of other units. The "beach" that this unit has access to is full of grass and has very little sandy area. Had to move out after the 1st night. Never heard back from the host after telling them the problems. Only got $600 refund through Airbnb after sending many messages and forwarding pictures about that "beach" because none of those hefty cleaning fee or resort fee is refundable. So basically wasted $800. Airbnb needs to crack down on this type of false advertising!

This was an excellent spot for a quiet beach getaway. The host was outstanding.

This condo was a great place for our family. The space was perfect size and well kept. The condo area was quiet and very peaceful. I have never seen a beach like this and it was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We hope to come back again!

It was a clean and nice space. It was a beautiful location a little removed from the main hub of things but peaceful and quiet. Nice beach, outdoor pools looked nice but they weren’t open when we were there. Nice to have an indoor pool on a rainy day but indoor pool could use some sprucing up. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! David is excellent to work with and a great host. Thought this was on the beach but the views are slightly off from the picture. Our view was of the courtyard. The space was very clean and had a great kitchen.

David’s photos and listing are very accurate and the unit is as nice as it looks. The place is very well equipped and very comfortable for and extended weekend visit for a family of five. It is very nicely updated and furnished. The kids loved running down to the beach every morning for sunrises. I enjoyed my morning coffee with the koi pond directly beneath us. Very peaceful setting. Don’t hesitate to book!

I think I spent more time looking out at the beautiful, serene garden - complete with a lovely water feature, like a real-life white noise machine - that fills the space beyond the balcony of this lovely little apartment, than I did at the stunning beach which is just a few steps away. The inside of this apartment is exactly as the photos show and had everything we needed for a very peaceful stay. I really did mostly enjoy the garden view and the great high balcony chairs which allow an unimpeded view of the garden and would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful early spring stay in Hilton Head.

Place appears to be newly updated on the inside and was clean. Very small space for an apartment, more comparable to a hotel room. Older building and facilities. Location is pretty secluded, can walk to the beach. Beach wasn't the greatest but it was decent. Most restaurants were a 15-20 min drive. Pool was closed during our stay. Thought having the pay $20 to park there was kind of strange.

Place was perfect. Literally steps from the beach. Beautiful dock. Private. Easy to find. Exactly like the pictures. Great for a couple. Or a family of 3 or 4. David was super friendly and quick to respond. Needed to ask him something at 8pm and he replied within seconds. Place basically has everything you need. Definitely will return.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location on the sound makes the beach both walkable and interesting because of the tide pools that form at low tide. There is plenty of biking on paved trails in the area and you are close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. We cooked most of our meals in and found that the kitchen had what we needed. There was even a crock pot and a blender. We used the indoor pool for water workouts and there are showers on site which is nice. David was a great host and made a good recommendation for a kayak tour and minute style clinic. The hot tub was down repairs but there was a sauna on site.

What a secluded gem! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights during a cold snap over Christmas. David's condo was the perfect place to cozy up in front of the fire. Its location within the complex is perfect -- water views, but also privacy due to a large tree in the courtyard directly outside. The space has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated, with an eye towards comfort and convenience. It was very clean and there was a generous supply of toiletries, laundry + dish soap, and snacks. David was responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure were were comfortable and happy during our stay. After having stayed over a month at a different rental on HHI that was outdated and badly in need of deep cleaning, it was easy to relax at David's place. We can't wait to go back! One note: while the complex is quiet and secluded, neighbors' noise from both above and next door (conversations, footsteps) could be heard, so plan accordingly if you are noise-sensitive.

Great condo with king bed and twin bunks and a full kitchen.. Access to beach is perfect for seeing the stars ( we brought our telescope) and checking out low tide and seeing night maneuvers at Parris island from afar ! This place is away from the tourist area and felt private. The location of our bldg was closest to beach so nice to be able to look out our porch and see the ocean. We weren’t there long enough to experience all the amenities but enjoyed our visit .

Good stay! Very clean despite the condo itself is old. The room seem renovated recently. All beds are very comfortable for all my family. Clean and nice bathroom. The ocean is so close. It is another Pros. And Price was very reasonable

Husband and I came to HHI for a 2nd home/ vacation property search of our own. The property was nice, completely updated. Great value, with views of the water. The island is large, you definitely need a car. We didn’t stick around the north end, everything was about a 20 minute drive and the island is very dark at night! Great stay for the money! The host David communicated very well, however we didn’t have many needs from him.

This condo was perfect and so clean. Great location!!!! Had a blast hunting for hermit crabs when the tide was out. The host were so quick to respond with any questions and suggested a great breakfast spot. We will for sure be back….

Four of my BFF’s from high school and I recently vacationed in Hilton Head to celebrate our 70th birthday. We stayed at this location. This 2 + 2 is lovely. A fresh, open space greets you upon entering the unit with updated appliances, a contemporary neutral decor and a balcony directly overlooking a water fountain with calming sounds. From the balcony, an eighth of a mile or so, to your left is a view of this large body of water that I thought was the Atlantic Ocean but’s actually Port Royal Sound. The walk to this beach like area is short and easy. This is one of the best feature of this rental. This beach area is relatively private. While this unit met our basic needs, I think it’s more perfectly suited for two adults and a couple young children OR four adults max. The unit is located on the second floor. This isn’t a big deal since the stairs are nearby, but you should know there is no elevator access. This was only an issue for us, (5 healthy female senior citizen) when carrying our luggage to and from. The property owners were communicative and accessible. The check in / check out process was straightforward and easy. The property grounds were clean and safe. The parking is close to the unit, included in the rental and plentiful. I would stay here again, but this time with my husband and our 6 year old twin grandchildren who’d particularly love the beach area!

My family of 6 stayed for 5 days and it was perfect for all of us!! The rooms were super cozy and the beds were very comfortable!! The double pool access was really good because the kids had their choice of which one to go to! Beach access was really good but we went to fish and sadly the fishing just wasn’t hitting at the time of our stay! All in all the place was really good!! We would definitely come back for a visit in the future ☺️

Beautifully updated condo. Perfect size for 3 adults and 2 kids. Beach was beautiful and just right for small children playing and exploring. We will be back.

Accurate listing, clean and even came with detergent, soap etc. Being on the sound was interesting (make sure to check high tide vs. low tide). Tons of biking paths around - we even biked all the way to Shelter Cove. Great stay! Would stay here again!

Great stay and very accurate listing. The beach was a quick walk. Since you’re in the sound, the water is calm and it’s great for young children. The airport is close, and my kids loved watching the plane fly in and depart daily.

Beautiful setting and condo. Close to everything. Sound side particularly good for small children or older adults who might find the bigger ocean waves more challenging.

If you’re looking for great value, walking distance to the water/historical sites and proximity to great restaurants, look no further! The place was extremely well kept and clean. Communication was also consistent and clear and we’re thankful to have had the opportunity to stay there!

David was an extremely accommodating host! He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The condo was immaculate and in a wonderful location. I highly recommend staying at any of David’s places.

Condo was just as advertised. Clean and beautiful. Comfortable. We did have one issue with the air conditioner not cooling enough that David is working on so it’s perfect for the next guest. Will definitely be back!

Very clean and love the nature

Great place to stay for a relaxing very quiet holiday, great for young familys, boring for teens! Complex great .Bird life on beach just amazing, be nice if they had a quiet bar and eatery onsite.

Very clean and beautiful location!

The condo was great! There were beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler and a beach caddy which was all wonderful to have with it being right by the beach. We loved the easy access to the beach, but most of the things we went to do we had to drive at least 15-20 minutes to get to. There’s not a ton of touristy things nearby. But for access to the beach, it doesn’t get better than right in the backyard!

Everything is exactly as described in the listing, which is rare. If you’re looking for a moderately private, atypical beach experience where you have to worry about packing just your clothing and necessities, this is the spot for you. Absolutely perfect for a day trip or extended stay, with or without kids. The condo was impeccably clean. The beach areas are exactly as described. I know it may be difficult to envision the beachfront, so I’ll try to explain- You’re staying on the sound side of the island and you can walk out about .3-.5 miles during low tide. The water remains very shallow (max up to hip-chest height at the same distance as above) during high tide. This makes it a fantastic spot for those with toddlers and small kids. The sand on the beach ranges- there is a decent-sized strip of fine sand and the rest is rather thick with tiny shells, detritus from reeds, and scallop/clam shells. Those areas are sharp, obviously, and you may want to consider water shoes. You can expect to find TONS of hermit crabs, conches, whelks, periwinkles, minnows, scallops, clams, and sea cucumbers, especially at low tide. There are very few ghost/blue/horseshoe crabs and jellies. I saw a few chunks of large sand dollars, but none were whole- maybe you’ll get lucky there. On the property, the kids loved the pools and shuffleboard. The outdoor restrooms and common areas are kept very clean. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The overall vibe is peaceful; this is not a party spot. Skip the huge resorts and book David’s place. It’s a much bigger bang for the buck, you’ll be well taken care of, you’re much closer to the beach, and you can skip the small-talk, mostly, as you won’t be crowded together with others.

Stayed end April ‘22. Would stay again or recommend to friends. Nice roomy well arranged unit. Clean, updated, well kept bathrooms, furniture, kitchen and appliances. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Excellent keurig and brew pots. Nice large smart TV in family room. Nice king bed in master bedroom and easily sleep 3 kids in the other. Storage room inside unit had several good beach chairs, a cooler, cart and other beach gear. A very short, easy walk to nice beach. Saw may sea birds, a bald eagle and crabs. A few folks were harvesting what looked like oysters and clams. Arrived 15min early and owner quickly responded to my call and let me in. He checked on us and made sure everything was good. Excellent service.

Great location! Unit was pristine. Super short walk to the water. Watching the sunset and walking on the beach was a family memory I will treasure. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Will rent again!

Great condo in an older complex. David’s condo was wonderfully clean, with any amenity you would want. He even offered beach chairs and beach towels. Comfortable beds and nice TVs. We didn’t spend too much time at the complex, but the complex is a bit older. Nice walking on beach, seeing the wildlife, and collecting shells. Perfect for what we wanted.

David was kind and a great communicator. The place was fantastic and was so clean. We look forward to returning

This was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we were looking for. It’s part of a large complex called The Spa on Port Royal Sound and this unit is literally steps from the beach. It was spacious, clean, and had a great balcony view. The only complaint we had was that non-apple devices had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and there was no cell reception inside the apartment. We had to stand out on the balcony to be able to make any calls. This wasn’t a problem for us because we wanted to be a bit disconnected but I would definitely be concerned if I had to work here for a longer period of time. Getting food delivered wasn’t an issue at all but you will need a car to access most of the island. We were also notified about the $20 cash payment for the parking permit before we arrived but I wish it had been included up front in our initial payment. Regardless, parking wasn’t a problem with plenty of space right by our place. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend.

There’s a few grills if you choose to use them. I wish there was some grill tools. Condo was very nice.

Absolutely beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family of 4! The balcony has a view of the ocean and you are able to walk to the beach! The kids loved the bunk beds! Everything is super clean! We could not have been any happier!

Great location, a little set back from the busier beachfront side of HHI, but still close enough to stores, bike trails and anything else you’d like to explore. The unit is clean, comfortable and has everything needed for an easy stay. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. Washer & dryer in the unit.

Comfy beds. Great views. Very Cozy!!! We will be returning guests.

One of the best Airbnb experiences that I have ever had. We stayed for a girls weekend and we loved it so much! Snap this one up!

This place was beautiful and close to the beach really enjoyed our stay.

David is a wonderful host, and his space is well thought-out, clean, and comfortable. He has all the modern amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay. My favorite part was having breakfast on the balcony while listening to the tranquil sounds of the lagoon. The beach is just steps away, quaint, and offers beautiful morning sunrises. We would definitely love to stay at David’s place again.

Our young family of four highly recommend David's condo. Everything lived up to or exceeded our expectations. Communication, ease of check in/out, cleanliness were all exemplary. The location was peaceful. We enjoyed the easy beach access and indoor pool/hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Can't fault it. We hope to return.

David is a great host. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed several walks on the beach, which was adjacent to the complex. Highly recommended.

Close by all of the good shopping and eating! Views of the beautiful trees and pond out in the courtyard setting. The ocean was just steps away with lots of wildlife. Gated community so it’s safe. There were plenty of parking spots and grills to cook out.

Stayed with my family of 5 for Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was nicely updated, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Easy beach access. David was a very helpful hose.

This rental has a lot going for it and the most important, at least to me, is David. It's a reasonable price, has been completely and attractively renovated with some special touches that are well thought out and that look great, and is so very convenient to the beach. David is right on top of things, communicates quickly and acts immediately when we had a small problem (the dishwasher didn't seem to be working and he sent his guy right over). The place was very clean and David has thought of some nice touches - there's a basket with a few snacks, some laundry detergent, and some dishwasher pods. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a couple of different coffee makers (to make a pot of coffee or to make single cups), toaster oven, blender, crockpot. Additionally there are hairdryers in both bathrooms, beach towels and beach chairs, a cooler...everything I could think of is there. The beach access is at the end of the building and it's only 1 minute to walk onto the beach. We would rent it again.

Truly beautiful and newly renovated condo unit that is a 2-minute walk from the beach! My husband and I have had our share of hotels and Airbnb’s and David’s place is one of our favs. For me, cleanliness is a huge factor! The place is really clean and the sheets/towels feels brand new. The kitchen is also well-stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. I also love that there were tide pods and dishwasher detergent available. Although tucked away from the populous area, the condo is very close to shopping and grocery stores. We took our parents with us (their first Airbnb) and they were impress with how thoughtful David was in preparing the unit. There were even beach towels and chairs for usage! Of course, our favorite is being able to make a 2-minute walk to see the beautiful beach. Although the beach isn’t fit for swimming, we enjoyed our walks and seeing the sunrise every morning. Keep in mind you are close to an airport so you will hear planes flying above. We did not mind it and were not bothered by them. The beach is not for swimming but there’s a few close with a 15-minute drive. We had a great time and will definitely book again when we’re back in the area!

Hilton Head is a favorite destination of ours, and we loved our time at this very well appointed condo with a great location, convenient to both our visits to Bluffton and to all of our activities on the island. Owner David is kind and most attentive and responsive. Treats were kindly provided for us and soothing tunes were playing for our arrival. Lovely! The condo was incredibly clean. The beautiful decor features fine details including gorgeous tile work, shiplap siding in the living area, and a tabby fireplace surround for a perfect beach feel. We especially loved our time on the porch with its very peaceful view. We’ll definitely return!

Everything is amazing, but be prepared to pay $20 for the parking

David’s place was beautiful and very very clean. Fantastic place to stay. Futon in the kids room is only meant for a small child, so heads up. We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s condo. It is very updated with modern features, including an amazing walk in shower with a rainfall shower head. David was great communicating with us the whole trip from check-in to check-out. It is a short drive to some awesome restaurants and shops. When we come back we will definitely consider staying in either this same unit or one of David’s other units. All in all we had a five star experience and David is a five star host.

This stay was very nice !! Once we walked in there was some mellow music playin & Felt welcoming. The beach and pool at walking distance was a major plus!! Super calm and nice people live in the area they Gave us some suggestions where to go visit! Love this place i plan on coming back 🤩

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is immaculate. The villa is 5 mins away frm the beach and the two pools. The hostess was prompt with his responses. Our plan is to definitely revisit in the near future. 10/10!
