What are your check in and check out times?
Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Are pets allowed at your rental properties?
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Do you allow any parties or events?
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
Do you have any local recommendations during our visit?
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!
Why can't I book all your properties direct?

This unit was one of the best ones we’ve stayed at since coming to the Spa at Port Royal Sound over the last 6 years! It’s beautifully updated and has premium amenities, including a sleep number bed! We really enjoyed eating breakfast with sound views. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this cabin! This was our family’s first time staying in the mountains, and it was such an amazing experience! We had a small concern with the hot tub day two, and even with everything going on from the Hurricane Isaias and families being displaced, the hosts still made it a priority to send a maintenance crew out to check on & fix our small issue and to ensure we were enjoying our stay. That level of care and hospitality really meant a lot to us! The cabin was wonderful, and as other reviews have mentioned, the shower water pressure is great! That was actually a huge plus for me. We made some incredible family memories here and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for such a memorable first mountain getaway!

The condo was nice… right on the beach. Beautiful. I usually stay on the second or third floor, but still had a nice view from the porch. The condo looked a lot like the pictures. Kitchen and dining nook was really cute. The entry way was a bit dark and chaotic.. Not exactly my taste. Lots going on. Made the spaces look a bit smaller and dark. I would recommend the condo. Wonderful place to stay, peaceful, quiet, and very clean! The place is modern and a perfect place to stay for a little get away. Also there is stray cats that were so cute and friendly (my favorite part). Hammocks are right outside the room and beautiful views. Swing available right in front of the ocean where there were many butterflies on the flowers by the sand. Beautiful and wonderful stay!! 5 starts all across the board!! Will be staying again!!

This place is incredible. The attention to detail, the high end appliances and furnishings, the overall design and layout are just perfection. My family had a great time staying at this beautiful home during our beach trip! The home was very clean and welcoming. It's also in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, as well as close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed listening to the ocean in the evening from the screened porch. Our hosts were very responsive and made the checkin/checkout process easy. Would definitely love to visit again in the future!
