What are your check in and check out times?
Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Are pets allowed at your rental properties?
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Do you allow any parties or events?
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
Do you have any local recommendations during our visit?
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!
Why can't I book all your properties direct?

Make sure to drive a vehicle with a great transmission and good brakes, but other than that, the cabin is beautiful. Good amenities, like towels and such. Kitchen was very well stocked. All in all it was an awesome stay. Thank you Tia

We loved our stay and the hosts were very responsive. Access to three pools and a quick walk to the beach were big perks for a family with young kids. One thing to note is the second bedroom has direct access to an exterior door - as in the door is in the room and opens directly to the outside sidewalk. We ended up putting our toddlers in the master bedroom and taking the second bedroom because we weren’t comfortable leaving them overnight in a room with a door that leads directly outside. This was disappointing because the master bed was larger and more comfortable. I do wish this had been disclosed in the listing but overall the unit, location and amenities were 10/10.

Easy Shores Lakefront Retreat | Private Dock & Steps to Water,
I absolutely loved this villa. It was the perfect size, location, and the amenities were great. The beach by the villa was excellent and so calm. It was the most relaxing beach I have ever been to. We saw so many crabs and other sea creatures, that would normally be missed at a busier beach. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The unit was spotless and easy to access. I love that it was on the first floor since we had children with us, though I do wish the complex had ramps for wagons, strollers, and wheelchair users. This was the perfect stay at my favorite place - HHI!

A hidden jewel! Found this place last minute and it was an absolute great find!! Beautiful beach and very peaceful with a great view from the 3rd floor. The unit was everything and more! Clean and had everything we needed. Great location…close enough to shop and excellent restaurants to choose from. The complex was well maintained and had lots of xtra things to do (tennis,indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, swings to look out at the ocean and grill areas) beautiful area! There’s a $25 parking fee which we didn’t mind due to there was a person at guard house monitoring at all times. The communication was 5+ stars! Easy instructions to check in and out. The unit had beach towels, plenty of bath towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and even had the pre filled shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower along with paper towels toilet paper xtra of all and an assortment of snacks and coffee pods and creamer! Do not hesitate to stay here you will not regret.
