Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!

The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for: peaceful, private, and a perfect place to slow down for a few days. The setting was beautiful, with great outdoor spaces to enjoy the mountain scenery, whether relaxing on the porch, spending time in the hot tub, or simply enjoying a quiet evening by the fire. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of space for our family. We especially appreciated how easy it was to settle in and feel at home right away. The location struck a great balance between feeling tucked away in the mountains while still being convenient to nearby restaurants, shops, and activities. Communication from the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this was exactly the kind of mountain getaway we were looking for. Peaceful, relaxing, and memorable. We’d gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable mountain retreat.

The location was absolutely beautiful and it definitely looked like the pictures. Quality of the furniture was just OK and we had an issue with the bed and talk to David. He said he would look into it. Very nice balcony and view.

Place was tiny than I thought, but the location was beautiful and the view from the apartment too. Walkable to almost all the locations like restaurants, plaza and the beach. Host took lot of time to respond and they were not aware of the gate codes which gives access to the beach. We were waiting for somebody else to enter the code as we were not aware.
