What are your check in and check out times?
Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Are pets allowed at your rental properties?
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Do you allow any parties or events?
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
Do you have any local recommendations during our visit?
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!
Why can't I book all your properties direct?

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, and the condo had every amenity and was beautiful. We absolutely loved the private beach access too which was definitely a highlight. Also the airport being a 5 minute drive away is super convenient!

We are so happy that we found this little piece of paradise!! Perfect location for morning coffee and sunrises, sun, sand and we even snuck in a little fishing on the beach. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway to celebrate our 25 years! The views from the balcony are probably the best we have had while vacationing Hilton Head over the years. Hosts were great and we would return!

We had a good time at this place. The apartment was comfortable and clean, except for the kitchen, which needed attention. The towels were new and fluffy. Quiet location. There were several imperfections though. The beach is nice to visit for a day or two, but it is too shallow for swimming. Great for the toddlers, but for older kids and if you’re visiting for longer, I would recommend choosing another beach. The community was Okay, though dated. Facilities aren’t great (indoor and outdoor pools). The apartment itself was fine and largely had what we needed. There is no balcony, but that is clear from the posting. I was upset by how dirty the windows were. They haven’t been washed in forever. Each time I wanted to enjoy the view, I got upset, since you almost can’t see through. The pillows were bad also. All in all, we managed to make it work and enjoy our stay. But I doubt we’ll visit again. The hosts were responsive. So, if you need anything, there is a chance it can be addressed.

I had a great 4-day stay at Jessica’s condo. Communications and instructions were very clear, and check-in was easy. Also and most importantly the condo was clean and upgraded inside. The complex was nice, and the unit was maybe 50 yards off the beach. My only complaint is the numerous stray cats in the parking lot.

The Spa on Port Royal is our favorite place to stay when visiting HHI. Absolutely loved staying here. The view was beautiful. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again!

Would gladly stay in David’s place again. It was clean, quiet, right next to the beautiful beach and pool. My family had a great time in Hilton Head here. Communicate was also swift. Would recommend this place to anyone.
