What are your check in and check out times?
Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Are pets allowed at your rental properties?
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Do you allow any parties or events?
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
Do you have any local recommendations during our visit?
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!

It even had fantastic water pressure! That may seem like an odd thing to mention, but it's honestly something I always wonder about when booking a vacation rental, and this cabin definitely delivered. The hosts were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and incredibly quick to answer any questions we had. You can really tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. This cabin was amazing! The host left an assortment of snacks and drinks and everything was great! The hot tub was relaxing, pool table was fun, even the couch was super comfortable! The space was just so cozy and welcoming. Thank you for a great quick getaway for my husband and I!

We had a great stay at 2315 Spa. The room provided the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. The host was very friendly and reliable. The short walk to the beach was definitely my favorite part about this property, and I would recommend it for any couple looking to vacation in Hilton Head.
