Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!

Space was exactly as pictured and described and accommodated our family comfortably. Great location to all the things-we walked everywhere. Having the assigned parking space was great not having to worry about finding parking. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in your home. Felt like home away from home, but better. The location was perfect for a walk to the beach, where we spent 3 full days. Easy walk to Publix and shopping and we loved late afternoons and evenings playing cornhole and relaxing in the hot tub. It comfortably fit our family of six.
