Super clean, great area and quick communication!

David was a great host. He stayed in communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. Ensuring all of our needs were met. We were able to find and access the villa with ease. We did purchased air freshners as it smelled a bit mildewy when we walked in. Otherwise, the villa was very clean and nicely decorated. It rained most of our stay but we enjoyed having coffee on the patio and exploring the beautiful property/ beach prior to leaving on our last day. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you would possiblely need. We were appreciative of the coffee choices and the snacks that were made available. We brought our own snacks so we did not indulge. Yet, it was very nice to have options available. The check in/ check out instructions were clear and conscise. My only complaint was the onsite parking. It is very limited. We paid $50 for 2 cars and I thought that was excessive. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to visit this villa again.

Really enjoyed our stay! The beach was perfect for our kids. There are some muddy areas but I think out kids enjoyed this beach even more than others because there were so many crabs, birds, and fish as this area seemed like a well protected ecosystem. We were closer to the beach than I anticipated! Host was very hospitable.

We had a great time during our stay at David’s condo on the port royal sound. We had a beautiful view from our porch and the beach was so easy to access. The beach was absolutely perfect for our two toddlers and infant to play with little to no cares. It was not crowded (end of March) and the tides pools were warm and shallow enough for the kids to enjoy swimming in. We were able to cook several simple meals in the kitchen which had all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. The condo was stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and blankets. The black out curtains were a nice touch as well. We did run out of toilet paper and trash bags and did not hear back right away from David or the co-hosts. We ended up purchasing more from Walmart. I also felt that there was a decent amount of dust bunnies on the floor around the furniture. But the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The check in and check out instructions were clear and not overwhelming. We would love to stay here again!

Clean great views and a nice area

David’s place was just right for our overnight stay at Hilton Head. Very clean. Having a washer and dryer was great. Just as described on the listing.

We stayed here for four nights and loved it. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. The ocean view was beautiful, and the couch and beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were amazing and always great with communication. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed how peaceful our stay was and how close we were to the beach. The only "downside" for us would be that we preferred if the doors to the porch had a curtain or similar for privacy. We were able to see into the units across from us. That was really a minor issue for us, and the team did try to find something for us to use. We otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Great little spot for our weekend getaway! We had issues with the WiFi but David and the other hosts always responded, I think it was something that was out of their hands. Besides that it was a perfect place and very short walk to the beach!

It was such a nice stay! We would love to visit again.

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and pools, which made it easy with young kids. Comfortable king bed and the bunk beds were good for the kids. While the place has been updated and was clean, we felt it was really in need of a deep clean. Kitchen had the basics but if you plan to cook will want to bring or buy cooking oil, spices other than salt/pepper, etc. Communication was okay. We brought up a concern that was somewhat addressed but there was no follow up communication.

It was a lovely stay. If me and my husband want to visit Hilton Head alone, we will stay here again. If we want to bring our young kids, we will probably not. The beach is VERY dirty, and uncomfortable. We had to drive to another public beach for them to enjoy beach activities. Other than that, the condo itself was clean, relax, had lots of snacks upon arrival. Just the best host!

You dont have to pay cash to enter. Besides that the stay was peaceful ✌️.

Such a great place! So quiet and peaceful on the property, even on 4th of July weekend! Communication was fast and thorough when we had WiFi issues. Would stay here again for sure!

Overall the condo was neat, clean and met our needs. We did enjoy the ocean view. Now that we have been there and have seen low tide, the explanation of “two beaches” makes much more sense. Parking was tricky as sometimes we had to park at the next unit. Everything was labeled and any questions we had were answered quickly.

The area was very peaceful. My family spent most of our time enjoying the pool.

Great place!

This is our second time at this condo and we will be back! It’s absolutely perfect for our family. We love the chill atmosphere of the condo community, the pools, and the shady paths. The beach area is quiet and relaxed, but it’s not that open ocean vibe (fine for us). We had a great time walking way out at low tide. My kids are completely obsessed with the pool.

We were pleasantly surprised with how close it was to the beach! It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed our time on Hilton Head.

This location was close to everything and the condo was very well equipped with everything that you could need. The beach is unique but was fine for us because it was too cold to swim. The facility itself was very well cared for and the surroundings are pretty.

David was an excellent host that checked in with us to make sure our stay was as expected. The location looked a bit dated on the outside but the condo was updated and had everything we needed plus more. The ease of walking to the private beach was the best part and hope to stay again in the future.

I will start by saying this is a nice little condo. The exterior is a bit dated, however the inside was updated and very comfortable. It overlooks coastal land, where you can see a sunrise in the am, and walk out past the pier at low tide. The amenities were easily accessible, much like a hotel with key card and communal access. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking, and the bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows. Check out was easy- with the normal requests of dishes and garbage removal. David provided multiple resources to check out during our stay. If there are any critiques the would be minor- the patio is lovely, however the patio window/doors have no window coverings so at night it's very exposed with lights on in the condo. We looked for ways to hang a blanket up obscure the view, but there was nothing to do so with. Stair access only, so if up/down or carrying baggage is a challenge, this may not be for you.

The condo is in a wonderful location, right next to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host provided a lot of supplies, including snacks. The shared spa area could use a renovation, but it worked for us. The only thing that was an issue for us was the internet, which was not reliable enough for us to use for working from the condo. It is probably fine if you don't plan to work remotely.

Super fun stay with family !!! super clean and very beautiful views !!!

Our family of four had a better experience than we expected visiting during the colder months. Excellent accommodations! Pool, hot tub, and sauna were open! Appreciated all of the unexpected amenities within the villa (everything you need down to batteries for the TV remote). Calm and peaceful water views, and so much wildlife (diving cranes, a family of deer, adorable cats from the sanctuary next door, and tons of other natural elements). Our kids absolutely loved this trip; exact words, "This is the best trip ever." That made the whole experience worth it. If you like the outdoors, and peaceful surroundings with beautiful waters that pass the time, this is the place to visit.

Loved the place!! Beautiful scenery!

We made the decision to visit David’s place the night before check-in. David was flexible and very easy with communication. The location is beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony and the easy walk to the sound. My husband found his first shark’s tooth, a lifelong dream of his! The kitchen had everything we needed, including some snacks that we very much appreciated. There is a bright spotlight that shines outside the room, but the blackout curtains made it a non-issue. They thought of everything at this place! The only downside is you can hear all the walking above you, but we use sound machines when sleeping so it did not disturb us. The beautiful sunrises, comfy beds, and great use of space made this an excellent stay for my family.

We had a great stay although it was brief! The location is amazing! Amenities were great and David was very responsive. We would definitely stay again and really enjoyed ourselves!

Well updated and clean unit. The building has age but David has done a great job helping forget when you step inside. He was very attentive to our last minute booking when a previous place didn’t work out. Beach access was extremely close and everything needed to enjoy it was at the condo. We would use one of David’s places again.

Peaceful and beautiful!🌊 Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay in Villa 1210 Spa at Port Royal, Hilton Head Island. I was looking for a peaceful low key adventure before our kiddos started back to school and this place fit the bill. The location is amazing!! Views were spectacular! So many cool things to see and experience as you stroll on the beach and walking way out during low tide (one of our favorite activities), was an adventure in itself. So much wildlife! We found some neat shells and got to enjoy seeing the little crabs walking around, hermit crabs too, lots of beautiful birds (the Bald Eagle we saw was huge); horseshoe crabs, starfish and a sting ray! I was in awe taking it all in. The Spa community areas were never crowded. My daughter who is 8 enjoyed the Pools as we would swim almost every evening and had one of the 2 outdoor pools all to ourselves at least 2 nights of our stay. The villa was clean , beautiful and comfortable just as described! Everything you need! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nos alojamos en el departamento de David con mis hijos adolescentes y nos resultó muy cómodo todo el predio, porque al tener la playa tan cerca, dos piletas, gimnasio, sauna, ellos se desplazaban por todas partes con total libertad y yo podía estar súper tranquila. El ambiente es muy familiar y en la playa no había mucha gente tampoco así que todo contribuía para poder relajarse y disfrutar. El lugar es muy bello. Tuve una consulta mínima para hacer (que tampoco era urgente) porque no encontraba el interruptor de la luz del balcón y a los pocos segundos, vino una persona a ayudarme. Al retirarnos, nos olvidamos unas cosas y pudimos volver sin problema y recuperamos todo. El agua de la pileta cubierta no tiene buena climatización pero eso no sé si depende de David. Destaco por sobre todas las cosas la atencion de David y su equipo

We want to thank David for letting us stay in this condo unit. The story book on the table was a great touch to allow us to see how others utilized the condo and amenities. We were able to see the bald eagle on the beach and had a wonderful time while visiting. A nice special extra touch we appreciated was the wagon and beach chairs which we had forgotten to pack and bring. The amenities provided by this unit were exceptional and the renovation and updates added a special touch.

Perfect place for our 4 and 6 year olds. The beach at low tide had tons to explore. The shallow, nearly waveless, and very warm ocean water was perfect. The multiple pool options were fun. There were interesting fish and turtles to look at in the pond in the middle of the complex. The bunk beds were a treat. It was great.

We enjoyed our stay at The Spa at Port Royal Sound. It was beautiful and a unique area! We enjoyed all the wildlife that this area has to offer, the pools, the beach, and the ocean! This is a different type of beach than we were used to with the super high/super low tide and muddy sand. This was described in the description and we still enjoyed our stay! It is a natural phenomenon! We loved seeing all the crabs, fish, birds, and other sea life! We even seen a sand dollar! It really gave us an opportunity to experience the beach like never before. The condo is perfect and has a beautiful view. It’s clean, updated, and has all that you need to buy groceries and eat in! We loved sitting on the balcony and evening walks on the beach at sunset. David was responsive and detailed! It was wonderful!

It was during a holiday week so it was crowded. Parking was limited up close. Probably due to the timing, but for the amount paid it would be nice to have a reserved spot closer to the unit. Host is wonderful at communicating and meeting any needs. Unit is clean and peaceful. Beach access is easy and we enjoyed the short drive to Burke’s beach daily. I would recommend curtains or blinds in the living room as some others have said. Overall a clean, safe and peaceful place to stay on HHI.

A great place to stay for relaxation. Away from the hustle and bustle of other particular areas on the island. Biking traffic very light. You will be in close proximity to easy strolls on the natural beach landscape.

Just as the pictures depicted great pool and ocean views. Great spot for traveling with small children as beach and pools are close. Hosts were super responsive. I made some initial recommendations and the host jumped on them right away to make sure the rest of our stay went well. Had a great time and highly recommend 👌!

Seconds after booking, we received confirmation and detailed clear accurate instructions on how to find the location and get checked in. The location, entry process, and property were all exactly as described in the listing. All rooms were clean and everything worked well. As an added bonus, we were surprised to find a cabinet full of board games that we had fun using. All amenities were open and in great condition. There were a fair amount of people in this community, but it was still very quiet and peaceful. The scenery was nice and was exactly as described. We enjoyed walking on the beach and looking at the wildlife and the shells. We followed the listing’s advice to visit nearby attractions as well. Checkout was simple and there were no surprise fees.

We love David's place! Right next to the beach, gorgeous view, lots of wildlife to see, and it has all the amenities we need, especially the coffee corner. The mirror on the balcony is a very nice touch, we were able to see the reflection of the beach and it resembled a painting! On top of it, David is very friendly, helpful and responsive, which made us feel like home during our stay. We'll definitely coming back.

This property is definitely a 10/10 especially for small kids! the water is shallow enough for them and they also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean! we'll definitely be returning!

We had a peaceful stay and enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings -especially from the swing and balcony! I loved how quiet everything was and the beds were comfortable. Rating 4 stars overall due to a few minor inconveniences (e.g. dirty silverware, lack of grilling utensils/charcoal, no bathtub stopper in either bathroom). When we had difficulty with the tv working, the hosts were very prompt in sending someone over to resolve the issue which we appreciated. We ended up driving over to the Folly Field Beach area to be able to get in the water to swim.

Relaxing stay.

I really enjoyed this location for starters. I felt like the instructions were easy to follow and access to the unit convenient. The beach wasn’t too far away, and the pool very convenient. The unit also had just about anything your family could use for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc, so that’s nice when you don’t have to pack and plan on bringing additional items while traveling. I also really liked the shower dispensers!! The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were nicely scented and good products!! Lastly, I rather enjoyed entering the unit and seeing a snack tray with easy scan instructions to obtain the house rules!! Op, the mattresses were definitely a topic of discussion on the way home based on the quality and presentation!! I would book again!!

Great view

This apartment was a good home base for our family during our short stay on HHI.

Overall this was a good place to stay for a weekend getaway! The condo is very close to the beach in the quiet back corner of the resort. The coffee bar was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is nice for walking, but it is not a swimming beach. There were some things that were not great. The living area of the condo has a nice balcony with a view of the beach and resort. There are no curtains over this window, which makes the entire wall, so we felt no privacy at night. The dish soap was empty when we arrived which made it hard for us to care for our baby. The morning of check out, the renters told us we had to wash and fold the beach towels. This would have been an issue if we planned to leave early in the morning because we had no notice of this requirement. The dishes were visibly dirty when we got them out, and most everything in the kitchen was incredibly cheap. Basic things like oven mitts, a spatula or scissors were not there. Not worth the price.

We have stayed with this host a couple times! (in different rooms). We were able to book last minute (but because it was so last minute Spectrum was already scheduled and were there shortly after we had arrived) However, I was pleased to be able to get into quick contact with our host to make sure the people showing up were legit. Everyone was super nice and great with communication!! Highly Recommend!

A good place to stay whenever traveling to Hilton Head. Our family needed somewhere to kick back and relax after a medical emergency and this place was just what we needed. :)

Bonnee offers a nice place to stay, but I do have some recommendations. Overall, it is in a good location and close to the beach, but has some furniture and supplies that need updating given the price. I would recommend that they update some of the kitchen supplies and replace some funiture, especially the couch.

This is a lovely newly renovated condo. It was spotless and well equipped. We had everything we needed and as coffee lovers, the coffee station was great. The only slight issue is when the tide is out it is a very long walk to water through some thick mud, however it is very beautiful scenery from the deck and all around. The grounds are gorgeous and pools very nice. We sat there at the inlet/water side a couple days then drove down to the free parking lot at Coligney Beach to sit at the ocean for a couple days. We enjoyed our stay and we love HHI. We come back every year.

Enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were relaxing and enjoyable. Exactly what I was looking for.

We had a nice stay here and enjoyed the easy beach access and pool. Our kids had a lot of fun. Easy check in and out process. The kitchen was beautifully redone and clean. Was somewhat disappointed in the bed sinking in at the bottom. The couch was damaged and taped back together. Bathroom sinks and showered heads were very nicely redone but shower tub was somewhat moldy. Overall a nice stay just a few things that may need updating.

Very private place to stay

Bonnee was a great! The condo was easy to locate and there was plenty of parking. The inside of the condo was updated and very clean. The community was neat, clean, and well kept. It's an amazingly quiet unit. We heard no noise from any of the adjoining units. The beach was nice, with only one negative. There are a few clam beds that need to be avoided. You can see them at low tide, so they are pretty easy to avoid, once you know where they are. If it's high tide when you get there, be careful charging out into the water. I would recommend bringing water shoes or water sandals to protect your feet, especially for children. I would highly recommend this wonderful get-a-way location.

Loved it! Everything was as advertised. The beach was actually nicer than we expected.

This place was great for a very peaceful weekend trip with my mom and daughter. The complex is surrounded by trees and very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed including towels for the beach & pools, beach chairs, games and puzzles, and a kitchen with all the necessary gadgets. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Bonnee was very accommodating. After a slight hiccup, beyond her control, she quickly responded and moved us to a different villa and extended our checkout time due to the inconvenience.

The Villa was very clean inside and has a beautiful ocean view (the pictures from the balance don’t fully do it justice- it’s actually much better than pictured).

Wonderful location. Close to the beach and pools.

The oven didn’t work when we arrived. David had it repaired the following day, Monday and also threw in a large pizza which was nice. Next day the a/c stopped working due to over repair. Breakers etc. got that working Monday evening. Woke up Monday at 8am to the upstairs unit being remodeled. So total gut job above our heads. Every day 8-5. Not ideal. But none of these were hosts fault and he did respond quickly to the things he could control. The unit was not appointed well. No oven mitts, scissors or even a pen. Most rentals have at least bare needed things. A little disappointed these weren’t at hand. Otherwise, it was fine. A nice stop on the rest of our east coast vaca

Thank you for another amazing stay. This was our second time staying at one of David’s properties. He is very responsive and provides clear instructions for check in, how to access the pool and internet and local recommendations.

We really enjoyed the stay as it is in a quieter area of the island but close to restaurants and shops. We did have our own bikes and there were nice bike paths to ride on to be able to explore the island and to bike on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and felt roomy. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. The pool and sauna were a nice way to finish off the day.

The condominium was exactly as he portrayed it in the listing. David was proactive and checked with us multiple times throughout the stay, which was unexpected. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. It was a sweet surprise to see the sand chairs and beach toys to use if needed. Since the outdoor pool was not open yet , we did take advantage of the indoor pool. We would definitely utilize his place again.

David’s place was just as described. The few steps to the beach made for a peaceful stay. The condo has plenty of amenities and walking sidewalks. Davis left snacks, extra toiletries, plenty of towels, everything you need for a night looking for crabs in the beach. David was kind enough to send a “how’s everything” message the morning after check in to ensure all was well with the unit. Will book again!

David's condo was really nice and homey. The Beach/sound was beautiful and the outside amenities were very inviting. the condo was very nicely laid out. All of the memory foam mattresses are newer, but very soft just in case you require something more supportive. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals . The living room couch was nice and large enough for my whole family, but unfortunately had a large ripped hole in it covered with black tape. there are tons of toys/ activities available inside and outside of the condo. there was a very detailed write-up for the condo on Airbnb and many additional details are given via email after booking. I did recommend to the host that he had the $20 parking fee ($5 more for second car) to the write-up as it was not mentioned before booking. Overall my family really enjoyed our time there!

This is a great place to stay within walking distance to the beach. It is a very quiet setting. Being on the second floor you need to go up steps as there is no elevator. It was clean and very comfortable.

Our family of five had a great stay. The place was very well equipped with lots of extra touches including beach chairs, sports equipment, games, puzzles, and more. The beach isn’t really a swimming beach, but is great to explore and search for sea critters. We enjoyed walking on the beach each day, and it was a quick drive to a beach for the kids to enjoy some waves. David was quick to respond, and check-in was easy.

Loved the location! So beautiful. At night you could hear all the crickets and other night noises. Loved it!

We had a wonderful trip to this condo! The location is perfect -- steps from the beach and right outside the pool, and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The unit was exactly as described, super cute and comfy! David was a wonderful host and checked in with me throughout the trip to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely like to stay here again!

My wife, two kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed David’s place. All was as described on Airbnb. The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect especially during the mornings with coffee in your hand. All the amenities were a plus. Highly recommend this condo and location if you want a relaxing getaway. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. Thank you again.

Location is great! The villa worked perfectly for a small family like ours. It was nice to be so close to the beach. David was nice to accommodate our request for early check in and check out. The indoor pool was cold which was a little disappointing for the kids. I later read it is a solar heated pool.

Check-In was straightforward, and the host was readily available and highly knowledgeable about the area, which was an added plus for my golfer friends. Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated and clean, and equipped with all your necessities. I didn’t cook there, but it has everything you’d need to create a culinary delight. Although the weather was not a perfect beach day, I did take advantage of the many amenities at The Spa. After checking in, Did some reading on the hammock, which can be distracting as you have a great view of the beach and birds, so I snagged some great photos as well. We went for happy hour as recommended by David, our host, at Pool Bar Jim’s where oversized Tropical drinks were amazing and overflowed into 2 servings! Great place to meet people, especially when the bartenders Zach and Mike engage with everyone and give the place a vibe similar to the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail! The hot tub was a blast when we returned from dinner. We had the place all to ourselves. The beds were amazingly comfortable and cozy, it wasn't easy to rise and shine. :) I took my morning walk along the scenic route to the beach, and it is lovely and serene with the lagoon and two pools. If you are looking for a visual oasis to decompress, this place did not disappoint.

The host did not communicate well and I had to reach out for confirmation of booking and then again for check in information on the morning of our stay. The unit itself was well laid out and there was plenty of room. We were not given enough beach towels for the number of guests, but I had brought some of my own. The on-site laundry was definitely a plus. Also, the couch has a large tear in it, the entertainment center was broken, and the canvas picture in the eating area was ripped (these were not initially noticeable in listing photos, but can be seen if you zoom in). Spa at Port Royal is a 40 year old neighborhood and it definitely shows. There is a cat sanctuary next door and the cats have the run of the property. There was cat poop in common areas and the grounds smelled of urine and feces. The indoor pool is barely heated, so expect to be cold. Overall, it’s an okay place if you’re booking last minute, like we did, and don’t plan to be on the property very much.

This condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The best part is the small balcony that has a fabulous view of the water and the lush, landscaped public area around the pool and small ponds.
