Step outside and you're already there. Our private no-wake cove is your personal slice of Norris Lake — perfect for swimming, jumping, floating, and everything in between. Grab one of the kayaks and paddle around the cove island or venture out to the channel for a morning on the water you won't forget.
YOUR PRIVATE DOCK
Easy Shores features a covered private boat dock with ties for up to 2 additional watercraft. Bring your boat, your jet ski, or your floats — pull right up and keep everything accessible for the entire trip. No hauling, no hassle.
THE DECK
When you're ready to slow down, your covered lakefront deck is waiting. Beautiful panoramic lake views, fresh air, and the kind of peace that only comes from being right on the water. Morning coffee hits different out here.
THE FIRE PIT
As the sun sets over the lake, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, stories, and the kind of nights everyone talks about on the drive home.

You will have the entire property all to yourself! :) Access is by keypad smart lock and a unique code for your visit will be provided at least 24 hours prior to check in.

Just a quick heads up, as also stated in our house rules, we have a simple, personalized rental agreement for you to sign within 48 hours of booking. Please click the link provided in your confirmation message from us to review and sign before check-in. It’s nothing scary, just a little housekeeping to keep everything smooth and stress-free. Note: check in information won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to help! :)
You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" damage protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have limitations in protection. With "all-risk" protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it's specifically excluded such as, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. This is covered under a $35 management fee included in the transaction for your stay.
