Place was tiny than I thought, but the location was beautiful and the view from the apartment too. Walkable to almost all the locations like restaurants, plaza and the beach. Host took lot of time to respond and they were not aware of the gate codes which gives access to the beach. We were waiting for somebody else to enter the code as we were not aware.

David was a great host! He provided everything the listing stated while offering a timely response for any questions we had. If you need a place in Hilton Head, look no further!

We’ve stayed in many of the condos in this section, and this one is my new favorite. Perfect location, and this place left me feeling calm from the moment I stepped foot in it.

The view is literally picture perfect from the balcony. The coffee and creamer set out for guest really stood out and my wife was speaking strong praise from that alone! The stove was good and fridge was absolutely stunning. Wanted to take it home with me 😂. Everything you need is within walking or very short drive which we absolutely loved. Would absolutely come back again!

This condo is in a great location. It’s steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligny for shopping and restaurants. There’s also bike rentals available just a short walk from the condo.

The view was so beautiful and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, and music was perfect.

The condo was lovely! My personal highlights: the ocean view, the location close to restaurants and shops, the provided beach chairs and umbrella. The view is worth walking up the steps! (Though there is an elevator, it’s on the other end of the building.) We only had two people with us, with more it might have felt tight.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa has great views, easy access to beach, and it was perfectly set up for Airbnb with all the fixings of a hotel room and more. We’d definitely come back.

A wonderful and peaceful location. However, the apartment is very damp and has an unpleasant smell, it needs renovation and replacement of some items. Communication was excellent, with quick responses. We thank you for this stay, and the view from the balcony is very beautiful.

We had a great stay here. The unit extremely clean and had everything anyone would possibly need. Easy walk to the beach and local shopping/restaurants. Great walking/ bike trail across the street. Swimming pool was a bonus. I would stay here again in the future.

Loved our stay! David was attentive and quick to respond. We loved the location and enjoyed the view off the balcony. The check-in instructions needed clarification but I’m sure David has already fixed any issues we had. The place is cute, well stocked and a good value!

We had a great stay! Beautiful ocean view. Clean place with a short and easy walk to the beach. Catigny Plaza area with restaurants and shops is also within walking distance.

Loved the condo, great location. Right on the beach, can see the ocean from the living room. Walking distance to everything. The only time we drove was to go play putt putt. It was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was awesome

Let em start by saying we will 1000000% rebooking this place to stay again in the future. The location, view, cleanliness, and honestly they went above and beyond with the extras like k cups, creamers in the fridge, snack etc. pro tip—I would also recommend booking the umbrella and chairs on the beach bc that was an ease that we could just walk out and everything was set up for us (I know you can book it online ahead of time, but I don’t know exactly how to do that. Otherwise, I would just be out there at 9 AM to talk to the lifeguard).

David was a great host, he was always very responsive and helpful. The interior is updated beautifully with a lovely bathroom, spacious kitchen, and very comfortable bed. It was a very lovely place with very easy access to the beach! Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful ocean front space! I can not wait to return.

I’ve asked the host to update instructions on how to locate the unit. It’s very dark on the island and the unit is down an interior hall of the building and that was not included in the instructions. Also need to include instructions regarding the elevator. Super hard at night to navigate and would have been so helpful to know about that! That being said, the view is spectacular and the complex is in an awesome location. The unit is older and is tight for 3 adults but we weren’t inside that much. Loved the tanning deck and the beach was easy to get to. Easy walk to Coligny Park via beach or sidewalk. Easy drive to HarbourTown as well. My first time to this area and I would definitely go again!

Amazing view and very peaceful. Easy & short walk to the beach. Saw dolphins every morning on my walk. Within walking distance to bike rentals and Coligny. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Even had some complimentary snacks available & soothing music playing upon my arrival. Attentive & responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend and it was such a beautiful place to stay. We were able to wake up and walk downstairs to watch the sunrise. The place was extremely clean, and peaceful, we will definitely be making this our new go-to place to stay next time we head to HH. Having those extra fans was a huge plus for us because we love having a cool place to sleep!

We've been visiting HH for a decade. I've stayed just about everywhere and the island feels like home away from home at this point. I'd put David's property up there with my favorites. You can't beat the location of this property. Steps from the beach yet all that Coligny has to offer is also around the corner. My daughter loves the Pirate ship park and the Sandbox which are within walking distance. These condo's are tiny but David has been very thoughtful with space saving ideas. You don't feel like you missing much of anything. The place is well stocked with everything you need and the personal touches were appreciated. It's great for a couple or like us, a couple with 1 small child. The only negatives I have is there isn't really a space for you to unpack your clothes and the coffee maker wouldn't turn on. We loved our stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Peaceful stay with amazing view.

Perfect is the word describing this condo. Very homey, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Great communication,quick response if questions arose, and attention to detail from David ensured a hassle free relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at David's villa! The location was amazing, and we just had to walk down the stairs and we were right on the boardwalk to the beach. Great stay!

This complex is awesome!!! Every unit has an ocean view. This particular unit was updated and very clean. This is a lot of value for your money.

Nice villa, excellent for families with small kids. Close to the beach and within walking distance of Coligny. Villa was clean upon arrival. Only thing that I wish could’ve been better would be that we were provided with enough towels and wash clothes for our stay. We were there for a long weekend and only 3 wash clothes were provided for a family of 4.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for! This was our first time in Hilton Head! The location was great, being so close to everything and the beach! It also was very clean! It was perfect for our family!

We enjoyed this stay in Hilton Head. The shops and beach are both very close. The place was clean and we really enjoyed the beach view from the balcony. My suggestions for this location would be to get some new beach chairs to provide to guests as the current ones available have seen better days. Also, it would have been nice if the chair in the living room was more comfy. Enjoyed the visit and would return.

David was very responsive and friendly. Condo was well equipped and had a A+++ view of the ocean. Perfect spot. Quiet. Ice machine was awesome. Right on the beach. Pool was great too. Couldn’t ask for a better time.

Clean and nice view! The bunk beds are smaller than a twin bed. My 10 year old just fit, so I’d recommend using them for smaller kids.

Very close to walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Overall amazing location. Bike rentals are easy and there are tons of bike trails. Very little traffic if driving places. The space was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a great experience! A beautiful condo with a perfect view of the ocean. Ran into one issue with the main gate for the complex which was quickly resolved with David.

We had a wonderful stay! The beach view is beautiful from the patio! The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The condo was very clean (no sand which is impressive). David and team were responsive. We would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Hilton Head and stay on the beach. Great time!

David’s space was fantastic, just as described. This was a late booking and everything provided was simple to follow. Views were fantastic and condo was stocked excellently. Only has one small issue with the beach gate which David resolved in minutes. Which there were multiple routes so overall a nonissue more of a convenience

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. The condo was right at the beach. The view of the ocean was excellent. It is a really lovely condo with everything you need. We walked the beach every day, rented bikes from Chuck, just across the street and walked to dinner and shopping. While the condo is small it had everything we needed. David was available immediately. Really nice spot, wish we had stayed longer and would go back in a minute!

What an amazing place to stay! The condo was spotless. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking - the listing pictures don't do it justice!!! A few nights we decided to get takeout just so we could eat on the balcony and enjoy the view. The condo is one of the closest in the complex to the beach gate and outdoor shower area, so it was a very short walk down to the ocean (which was convenient with our chairs, cooler, etc). The beach area is private and wasn't packed with people, even on spring break. We walked down the beach to Coligny Plaza every night. We had the best time and will definitely be staying here again!

This is a new Airbnb favorite for us! The location is perfect! It is about a 5 min walk from the room to the sand on the beach. The view of the beach is spectacular since you are on the top floor. We loved eating on the balcony and watching the view of the beach. Everything was clean and all amenities were thought of. The bed is memory foam and very comfortable with a standing fan if needed. The shower had great water pressure and we even loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were provided. There are appliances and ice made available. The host even included snacks. A guidebook was also made provided with every recommendation we could have thought of. It is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza so we often walked/biked for a couple drinks at the end of the day. I would definitely come back in the future and will suggest it to our family and friends!

my wife and I travel to Hilton Head often so we were familiar with Sea Side Villas. walking distance to Coligny and restaurants. unit is well kept and clean but is small. we would definitely stay here again if it's just the 2 of us

Great villa! Aesthetically pleasing, clean, and gorgeous view from the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was nice, exactly as mentioned. Difficultly however getting into the gate, instructions to get access to the community through the gate was innaccurate. Also getting access to the beach and returning with the code that was given was innaccurate. And finally there was an ironing board but no iron. Everything else was fine however.

Cant beat the view and afternoon sun at this spot! We loved biking the beach and walking to all the cool shops and restaurants. Picked up a couple of things at the mineral store in town and ate some delicious sandwiches at stus subs! We liked sitting on the balcony watching the hawks land in the palmettos. We even saw dolphins in the waves.

Pleasant surprises: ice maker, blender, nicer furniture than pictured, could watch network channels on bedroom tv, racks for bikes undercover, clean and well-maintained villa and complex, well insulated building, quiet. Steps from beach, you can walk to everything. We suggest renting bikes from Island Life Bike Rentals, across the street and one block to the left. The villa is as advertised and even better. Thankful for an elevator and hotel dolly to move all our things in to the 3rd floor villa. Only problem? We had to buy soap (they provided one hotel size bar), toilet paper (only provided one roll for a 9 day stay) and tissues (non provided). We would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean, and so close to the beach! Bonnee was very responsive to my messages, and an excellent host. It's not extravagant, but precisely what you want for a small getaway. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach itself, and the complex has a very well maintained and clean pool. Having coffee on the balcony was my favorite way to start each day.

Cleanliness is very important to us. This place was top notch in cleanliness. Everything was great and as described. The only thing we had an issue with is the light from the window facing the hallway coming in to the bedroom made it difficult to sleep. I would suggest room darkening drapes or something permanent to block out the light. Otherwise, great stay!!

Bonnee was a great host and made things easy on us. We were so happy to walk in to a super clean place, especially since we have little ones. It is a small space, but worked just fine for our family of 4 (2 adults, a 4 year old and 1 year old). The view of the beach from the balcony was great! Being able to walk to the beach and pool were a huge plus for us. Even though the condo is small, she's managed to stock it with everything you could need.
