Johnny & June Nash - Walk Broadway. POOL! Parking!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we could not have had a more perfect experience with this condo! The theme was so fun. Everything was spotless. The host communication was great and the location couldn’t be beat. We walked everywhere, Broadway, fun local restaurants. We will be back!

Johnny and June could not have been a better choice for our group. Great location, we could get to any of the restaurants or Broadway within just a few minutes walk. The place was very cool, we all loved the decor, especially the Victrola. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was perfect and we love that it had coffee with creamers and even a Torani flavoring. BONUS. Extra towels, pillows and blankets was also a nice touch. Checking in was super easy and we felt secure during our stay. . Checking out was also a breeze… We can’t say enough good things about the property. Jessica was fantastic and had anticipated all of our requests by staying one step ahead. Thank you!

This place was amazing and perfect for our family to visit downtown Nashville. We walked everywhere easily and we felt safe as well. The decor in Jessica's place was awesome! Our Johnny Cash loving hearts were satisfied! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again sometime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away in Nashville. Jessica was an incredible host. She was super communicative. We Loved the place, clean, decorated with a touch of class. The location was very convenient. We walked everywhere, broadway was a short walk and so was the Titans stadium. I would def stay here if I came back to Nashville.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The Airbnb was so perfectly themed for Nashville. We loved taking our photos on the mug shot wall 🤣. It was walking distance to all the action (Broadway) without being right in the chaos. Ole Smokey Distillery was a block away and had great evening entertainment and they are kid friendly. We enjoyed the pool later in the afternoon as it was less busy then. It was reassuring to see security address anything on the verge of getting out of hand. Jessica was the best host. She was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for everything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the Johnny Cash themed apartment and proximity to Broadway, The Listening Room, Ryman (all about 10-20 min walk). Jessica was extremely responsive to all messages. there was a convention in town and many attendees were staying on this property as well.

We were very impressed with the Johnny Cash room! Everything looked like the photos. The LATCH app is a little confusing at first, but the host was very quick to help us. Once we got it figured out, it was great! We had 3 couples there, it was nice to have a kitchen and 2 bathrooms! The location was fantastic, and took about 13 mins to walk to Broadway. We would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at the Johnny Cash Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, complimentary coffee, and local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area !

Everything was great. However the pool was extremely crowded and the people got a little rowdy in the afternoon. Get there early and leave early lol. Honestly though it was 100F and nothing else to do during the day except the pool so I get it. Loved the deco and the Johnny Cash Vinyl.

If you’re heading to Nashville, esp. for the bars on Broadway, you wont find a better location or condo. Just a five minute walk to broadway, tons of restaurants in walking distance, as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Fun decor and one of the largest units in the building. No street noise because you are courtyard side and never heard anyone past quiet hours even though we saw lots of party groups staying there. Jessica & Josh were super helpful and responsive. The complex itself was good - Jessica & Josh sent plenty of info ahead of time that made getting in and around easy. I recommend this condo to anyone heading to Nashville!

This is a great location few minutes walk to major attractions in Nashville. The apartment is really nice and connects you to the mood of the city. I definitely recommend and will go back.

Great unit in the perfect location. Bridgestone Arena and Broadway were easily walkable. The pool was beautiful and this until offered the best view. Jessica was helpful and always quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Good mix of families and groups of adults hanging out by the pool so the vibe wasn't overly party-heavy. It got a bit noisy on weekend nights but I suspect that goes with the territory.

What a great spot in Nashville! Easy to walk to all the great spots including a Starbucks 20 ft away for quick morning coffee. The apartment is awesome. Great space with two large bedrooms and a lovely living room. The big bright kitchen was nice too. The pool was a nice bonus and would be amazing in warm weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Jessica’s AirBNB was honestly perfect and couldn’t have asked for anything better for our stay in Nashville. The place was walking distance to Broadway and allowed us to enjoy as much of Nashville as we could. This stay was everything we expected and some, I couldn’t see myself and my friends coming back to Nashville and not staying here again!

The place was great for the 4 of us! Jessica was prompt in her responses to my questions. We were able to check in early which was awesome! Perfect location to be able to walk downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

For my 1st & visits to follow I will make as well as recommend places to stay with Jessica & Josh! They are top notch hosts and I wish them well in their future ventures. Jessica went above and beyond in guidance with the condo, recommendations, even snow closures! Yes it snowed 5” during our stay and the Burnham’s location was an advantage. Next time we hope to make use of the beautiful pool and the other amenities The Burnham has to offer. My only disappointment is I wish I could play the guitar better😂 otherwise I’d never leave the room after jamming with Johnny & June!

We had a great getaway in Nashville! The theme of the condo was perfect and really enhanced our enjoyment during the trip- everywhere you looked you were surrounded with reminders that you were in the Music City, even if you were just enjoying a little quiet time at the condo. Having 3 queen beds, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer was a great value and we enjoyed the comfort and convenience that it provided. The pool was beautiful, but unheated, so we didn’t get to use it during our winter stay. The location was a short walk away from Broadway which was great for our family, but it would be equally convenient on an adult-only visit to Nashville too! We highly recommend this Airbnb!

This place is a must stay if you are in Nashville. The unit is as describe. Even when taking a minute to rest from the Nashville fun this place is really cool to just sit and stare into every detail Jessica has put into this place. You will definitely enjoy the stay. Very spacious which is always a plus!

We had an amazing stay at the "Johnny & June Cash" room! The property was spotless, the king bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the Johnny Cash-themed decor added a unique charm. We loved using the vintage vinyl records and player—it was such a fun touch! Jessica, our host, was fantastic, keeping in touch throughout our stay and promptly answering all questions. The Latch app made accessing the facility and room so convenient, and the private parking space was the cherry on top. The location was perfect—walking distance to the Predators game, Broadway, great restaurants, and even a Starbucks across the street. Although it was too cold to use the pool, the complex amenities were excellent. Spending our first Christmas away from home here was truly special, and we’d definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Jessica’s condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Beautifully designed, extremely clean, easy to get to, and felt safe since The Burnham uses the Latch lock system. The condo was in close proximity to many restaurants, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ole Smokey Distillery, and all the bars on Broadway. Jessica was so sweet to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive with her communication. We made wonderful memories and looking forward to coming back in the future. Would most definitely rent from her again!

Once we got our bearings with the city, the location proved to be really great - close enough to the action, without being in the middle of it. The Johnny Cash vibe and decor were really fun for our quick Nashville stay. We were traveling with our adult children, and it was really nice that we each had our own bedroom/ bathroom ‘wing’ apart from each other.

What a great place to stay! The themed home, workout facility, swanky lounge, pool side views, and location were absolutely perfect! The hosts are super responsive and we had everything we needed! We would totally stay here again!

Would definitely stay here again. Cute place and great location. Able to walk everywhere. Latch ap was great once we got the hang of it but didn’t understand why main entrances were listed at the bottom of all the locks - not intuitive. Jessica was very responsive. Corner balcony off pool ended up being one of four - all other rooms poolside didnt have a balcony at all. Only downside was the noise from unit above but it wasn’t too bad and it was only because they were wearing cowboy boots and clomping around.

Perfect location, walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go and experience. Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Will book again when we go back.

This place was amazing for our travel. We are two couples that like taking vacations together. Jessica was extremely prompt with her communications and proactive during the check-in, our stay, and check-out. She was quick with suggestions when we had a question. This unit looks even BETTER than the photos...which is hard to believe. We really liked the working record player with Johnny Cash vinyl that we would listed to during our down time. :) I would recommend any of her properties and would happily stay there again!!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location easy to walk to Broadway, Starbucks right outside the building and a dollar general express was close by. The check in and Bellhop so convenient and great communication before and during our stay with Jessica! The place is so cute with all the Johnny and June decor! Will definitely be recommending this to others!

Easy walk to Broadway. Was great to have a dedicated parking spot in the garage. Didn't love all the codes, but everything worked exactly as described.

The Johnny and June theme was so fun. We really enjoyed the detail in the decoration. This was a girls trip and we wanted a place that was in walking distance of Downtown and The Ryman. This was definitely the place. We were in walking distance to the Assembly Food Court, the great downtown, and all the way to the river. DGX store is also close for food and beer items.

We had a great time for my son’s 21st bday. Jessica was always available and responded very quickly. The place was amazing and a trip we won’t forget.

We had a fantastic stay at Johnny & June Nashville! Jessica and Josh were great hosts, ensuring every detail was perfect in this fun themed suite! They provided plenty of clean towels and some little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap for the showers, enough for our family of 4 for 4 nights. Additionally, my wife and daughters were happy to find a hair dryer in the bathroom! There was lots of space for us to spread out and we all agreed that beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed using the building’s gym, and the rock climbing wall was especially fun! We loved being so close to Broadway and despite our stay being from Sunday-Thursday, every day felt like we were visiting on a weekend with all the bars and honky tonks lively with INCREDIBLE music at all hours of the day and night! This unit was so fun to stay in with my family! We loved all the Johnny & June decor, and of course had to pay a visit to the Johnny Cash Museum during our visit to Nashville!

Lovely place. Great location

The airbnb was beautiful, unique and had a great patio looking out at the pool. We liked how our main room was at the other side of the unit from the double queen room where our kids stayed. The guitar wall was great, as our oldest plays the guitar. The record player did not work. The bluetooth speaker was good except the volume was jumpy and you could only listen low or loud. We couldn't find laundry detergent so I borrowed some from my mom's unit upstairs. other than that, we had a wonderful stay! Close to walk or a quick uber away from everything! Jessica was extremely responsive and we would visit again.

The accomodations were very well appointed and comfortable. The pool offered a nice break from all the hustle & bustle of Lower Broadway. Plenty of nearby restaurants to chose from. Would definately stay again!

Wonderful accommodations. Close proximity to Broadway, easily walkable. 2 blocks from country music hall of fame. Great restaurants close by. Walls are a little thin, so if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs.

Jessica’s Johnny Cash-themed apartment was perfect for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration in Nashville. Everything was as described, and Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. Easily walkable to Broadway and all its great honky tonks and restaurants. A great time was had by all!

Hand selected this one and it is just as described. Johnny Cash themed rental near downtown. Ten minute walk, never got old. We took tons of pics in the unit, the mugshot wall was a nice touch. Some notes about the building, and none of it is a drawback - just informative. We brought the kids, and it was pretty noisy all day. Lots of young crowds in the hotel, having a good time. Kids didn't really want to swim with all the adults, and it was a little loud in the evening. Price to pay I guess, par for the course with downtown Nashville. The room was super cool, would recommend to anyone, just don't expect a ton of peace and quiet. Oh, and Jessica was great. You could tell she wanted the experience to be positive. Very communicative.

Jessica and Josh were amazing hosts during our stay at the Burnham! When we needed a question answered, they were quick to respond. The space is just like the pictures, so much space, clean and located in a perfect spot. Close to the elevator but also the stairs! There is more than 1 elevator, the lobby elevator is always quite busy so we took the stairs. This unit is soooo close to broadway. It took us 7 mins to walk. We used the bellhop in the lobby to hold our bags before check in and after check out. It was an amazing experience and stay in Nashville. I highly recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed in many Air B&B’s and this one is one of my favorites. Walking distance to Broadway and many other popular attractions . The Air B&B was very comfortable and decorated perfectly for a Nashville stay. We had a little trouble getting into the parking lot (which was our fault) and Jessica was quick to answer and help us out. I highly recommend this Air B&B.

Jessica had a very quick response time. It was nice to see that there were pool towels available in the bathroom. We used the grill in the court yard. The location is walkable to Broadway. The kitchen has new appliances and was well equipped. We enjoyed the extra touches like hotel amenities in the bathrooms and Keurig coffee pods, creamer and sugar for the morning! Overall an excellent choice for our first time in Nashville! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the Johnny cash suite! Great decor and the description matched just perfectly. Jessica was extremely kind, communicated well and her response time was quicker than expected! We enjoyed the pool and the security the building has to offer. Very safe and hotel like atmosphere. The bellhop was an added bonus for us! The condo is walkable to everything Nashville has to offer. Ordering groceries and getting an Uber was very easy as well. Highly recommend staying here. We look forward to coming back to Nashville and this will be our go to spot to stay! This place was perfect!! It was my 40th birthday with some girlfriends and it was in the best location! We had plenty of space but I loved that we were all together. The pool was great and access in and out of the building was easy! Extra helpful this unit is only on 2nd floor- elevator took forever so it was easy to use stairs :) we will be referring Jessica to others. Thank you for a memorable birthday!

This place was awesome for a girls’ trip. Close and walkable to Broadway. Great layout with big, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen. One of the few condos in this building with an extra large patio on the pool level. Great decor and photo opps for a real Nashville vibe. Jessica is a great host and responds quickly. The toaster was broken and she had a new one at our door within a couple hours. I’d highly recommend this location and these hosts! You won’t be disappointed.

This condo is just darling and so well thought out and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean. We walked everywhere we needed to go. It is right off the pool which was nice for a Saturday afternoon.

We truly appreciated being able to stay to close to all the action of Broadway but have a few blocks of distance so we had peace and quiet at. Night. Loved having a pool right outside our door.

Great accommodations for a group of three celebrating a monumental birthday in Nashville. Condo was “Johnny Cash” themed in such a tasteful and fun way and the space was very comfortable and super clean. Location was perfect and we were within walking distance to the Gulch and Broadway. We would definitely stay there again.

Jessica is an excellent host. She was extremely responsive to questions and requests. The suite is amazing. In addition to being in pristine condition and sparkling clean, they really took the Johnny & June Cash theme to heart. From the wall murals to the black towels and linens - everything screams Cash. The location is very convenient and easily within walking distance to Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame and (a pleasant discovery) The Listening Room. We would definitely book this suite again. It took a little bit to master the Latch app for access and building security, but that speaks more to the user than the app! :)

This apartment was magnificent - very modern, clean, and spacious! It's a short few-block walk to Broadway. We felt our whole Nashville experience was really stepped up a notch to be able to stay in a Johnny Cash-themed place! Jessica was super communicative and helpful. I would only suggest some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors for hanging up towels and some more albums to play on the record player, which was a perfect touch!

Beautiful place to stay. The weather unfortunately did not cooperate so swimming couldn't happen but clean and comfortable. You are pretty darn close to downtown :-)

Cannot ask for a better spot to explore downtown Nashville and the surroundings! Three blocks from the Famous Tootsie's but even closer to Bridgestone Area, Country Music Hall of Fame and more! We will 100% stay here again when we come back...and we plan to ASAP! The space itself was perfect for two couples! The decor is well thought out; not so much clutter than you have no place to put anything down but enough that the space feels homey and lived in. The location of the actual building is in a safe area with other hotels across the street. Jessica was the perfect host! She touched based ahead of our arrival with suggestions of where to go and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was in order. Very pleased with the experience and look forward to our next visit!

we recently stayed here and loved the building and location. It's very close to the strip and the unit was spotless. we loved the decor and found the beds to be very comfortable. The keyless Latch system was a breeze to use and it was really convenient having the Bellhop service in the building as our flight arrived early in the morning and check-in was at 4pm. Would stay here again!

Loved this apartment! The decor was amazing and location was walking distance to our restaurant and Bridgestone arena, our concert venue. I brought my teen daughter and some of her friends to Nashville for a concert. It was the perfect place to stay for the occasion.

I’ve been taking my 75 year old dad on a roadtrip across about 9 states, and he was happy to make one of the stops Nashville. I booked this apartment because the main pull was the Johnny Cash. He had played with Cash and Patsy Cline when he was 13 when they were on tour in Kansas in 63’. To see how tickled and impressed he was with the apartment made the whole trip. I know we’re not the intended demographic for that area, but the apartment pictures don’t do it justice on how cute it is! Super convenient location, and surprisingly quite despite all the young whipper snappers I saw in the elevators and hallways 😂. Thank you Jessica for answering my panicked call on how to work the latch thing, if you’re over 30, watch the tutorial lol, I thought I’d figure it out without it, I was wrong. We’d definitely come back!

Well themed, adorable, and clean Airbnb. It’s walking distance to Broadway and all the popular sites. Secure parking. Great communication with our host, Jessica. We loved playing the guitars for mini evening concerts. Highly recommend!

This apartment is just as perfect as the pictures! The theme is so much fun and beautifully decorated. It is in a perfect location, walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. It is very clean and has everything you need. Jessica provides very detailed instructions about the building, which I appreciated. She also was quick to respond with questions. Totally recommend this stay!

We loved our stay! The apartment is in a great location, easily walkable to Broadway and other popular sites. The Johnny Cash theme was awesome and we loved playing the guitars. At the end of many busy days exploring Nashville, we were grateful to come home to this fabulous place with comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and all the amenities you could ever need. Highly recommended!

This was, by far, one of the most adorable air bnb’s we have stayed in. Decor was fabulous and tasteful. Everything in the unit was immaculate, everything we needed for a wonderful quick weekend getaway!

Loved the Condo. Beds were comfortable. We drove a big Yukon parking was great for it. Walking distance to broadway. There was a Titan game on our last day and people parked next door to the Condo. It would be a good place to stay to walk to the game then enjoy Broadway.

The AirBNB was just like the pictures shown. It was in a great location and it was very peaceful. It’s was equipped with everything you needed. Jessica was very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay.

We had an amazing experience and if I ever need a place in Nashville again this will be my go to. It was in walking distance to everything we needed so we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived. The room was clean and had everything we needed!

Jessica’s property is absolutely adorable. Great location , great amenities and perfectly decorated. If you are considering staying in Nashville… stop searching and book this property. The building is 3 blocks from Broadway. 2 blocks from the Bridgestone. Jessica herself was helpful and attentive. The LATCH door system was also terrific. Easy peasy!

Nashville is amazing! This Air BNB was Country Vegas right in the heart of it all! The host was amazing, accommodating and responsive within seconds with any questions I have! I can’t wait to go back! I will definitely be staying here again!

Easy to get around

The Johnny Cash apartment was decorated so cute. The beds were very comfortable. The whole place was very clean. Coffee k cups and syrups were provided, which always makes me happy. The outdoor area looks onto the pool area and was very inviting. The parking situation is a little quirky in that you need to park with flashers on until you run up and get your parking pass off your counter. Apparently the previous guests took the parking pass and gate clicker with them, because ours was missing from the apartment. Josh and Jessica responded immediately to the situation and more than reimbursed us for our parking fees. The latch app is used instead of keys, codes or cards. It’s easy to use once downloaded. I would be concerned that those who are less tech savvy might have issues. It did take a long time to connect when entering the front door, but otherwise worked fine. I was unable to send it to the others staying with us though, so only one person can open the door. Overall, great stay

We loved our stay! Decor was fun and even better in person. Loved being so close to the pool. We came for a concert at the ascend amphitheater, this was the perfect location for us close to the theater and walking distance to Broadway. Would stay here again!

This place was great! Its in a secure apartment building a short walk off of the main Broadway strip! Our group of 8 really enjoyed this stay! Is it spacious and looked just like the photos! We loved the porch off the back that was on ground level with the outdoor pool! Access to the pool was right down the hall from our door! There is a lot right in walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Check in instructions were super helpful! The hosts were responsive and super friendly! When we come back to Nashville again we will absolutely try and stay here!

Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else when in Nash! The unit is pristine, exquisitely decorated, spacious… I can go on. Jessica was a dream to communicate with, no detail left out. A+

This Johnny and June AirBnb was everything we imagined and more. Jessica and Josh really went above and beyond in the decorating of this unit! All the extra touches were amazing! They spared no cost in providing the best. Some AirBnbs have the bare minimum but not this one. Comfy beds, pillows and linens, nice utensils, coffee pot, coffee and flavor options. Communication was great and always quick. They were gracious enough to allow an early check in although due to flight delays we ended up not needing it. The Latch app is very convenient and easy to use. The unit is very convenient and easily walkable to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway! There are several restaurants also within walking distance. Best and most favorite AirBnb experience for our entire group (and we travel A LOT)! Thank you Jessica & Josh, we LOVED the Johnny & June unit!

We can not say enough about Jessica and Josh's condo. It was everything and more than the pictures show! I would highly recommend their condo! So many surprises to see and tons of extra touches. Jessica was amazing to deal with and responded immediately to questions. We can not wait to venture back to Nashville....just to stay in the Johnny and Cash condo!
