Cabin Haiku | Couples Escape | King Bed! Hot Tub! Pool Table!

This was the perfect weekend getaway cabin! I appreciated the small details that matter, like the full length mirror, and the additional fans upstairs was a great touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed plus a little extra! The only thing I would note is maybe a little more attention to cleaning (windowsills, light fixtures and above ceiling fan) it was a great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

Booked this cabin with one week’s notice, Emily was amazing with responding with clear instructions and information. Staying at this cabin was an amazing experience. Private and cozy! Great, clean place that we could unwind at. I would recommend this cabin and would love to come back!

This was one of the best cabins I have stayed at in pigeon forge!! We stayed for our 6 year anniversary and we had the best time! It was a perfect one bedroom upstairs with a beautiful view out the windows. They had a huge bathtub that was super clean and the decor was so relaxing! The hot tub and pool table were such nice add ons as well as the cards and games they provided! The view from the back porch was beautiful and made for a quiet place to drink your caffeine of choice! The hosts were nothing short of amazing, very responsive and helped in every way! I would live there if I could! 100/10 recommend!! COUPLES RETREAT FOR SURE!!🤍🗻

My husband and I spent the weekend here for a late honeymoon, or what I like to call our “baby moon,” and enjoyed every second of it. The cabin was perfect for us and we were provided with many games that we enjoyed playing at the end of the night. We even spent most of the day in the cabin one rainy day due to the homey, welcoming feeling of the cabin. 10/10 experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! This home was amazing—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with literally everything you could need. The view was breathtaking and made my morning yoga so peaceful and special. The house was full of games for fun downtime, the fridge was stocked with little snacks and thoughtful goodies, and the Keurig was fully stocked with K-cups, which we really appreciated. They even had fans available in case you got warm—such a thoughtful touch! The holiday details completely stole our hearts. The Christmas tree and gingerbread house made the space feel so cozy and festive. I was there celebrating my Christmas Eve birthday, and the jacuzzi was absolutely perfect for relaxing and making the celebration extra special. This home went above and beyond in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend it!

We stayed at Cabin Haiku for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place with everything within about 10 to 15 minutes away. Even though Pigeon Forge is very busy, the cabin was in a quiet spot. The cabin was clean, cozy, and the hot tub was kept in perfect condition. Highly recommend this cabin! Perfect for couples!

The cabin was beautiful and everything was organized and clean! Towels and toiletries were accessible and it was super close to the town! The driveway was very difficult to get in and out of even in a truck so just be aware when driving with a car. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would book again!

Great Cabin

We had a wonderful and too-brief time at Emily's place! The highlight was the hot tub on a rainy evening! Only drawback was the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom; we couldn't get any hot water there and the water pressure would have taken a while to fill up...but the hot tub outside more than made up for that. Clean, beautiful cabin in a great location. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you Emily!

Everything was just as shown in pictures and super clean. There were plenty of those little things some hosts don’t supply…TP, trash bags, dish soap, detergent, coffee, leftover spices, etc. It’s a great quiet place to return to after being a tourist for the day with a good view of the southern night sky. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful and cozy experience staying in the cabin for the first time. It’s conveniently located near Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area. After a full day outdoors, we enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind. The price was reasonable, and we’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends and family back home :)

The only downside was we could not see the mountains like we wanted to, but bird lovers galore ❤️🕊️🦅🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛. We sat outside a lot and it was like the nature channel in HD. I am sure during the winter time you can see the mountains much better off the back porch which was welcoming. LOVED the hot tub and it was very private area which is plus but probably not so much during seasonal changes. Everything was really clean! Maybe we will rent during the winter months next time ☺️ this is a little diamond in the rough. Very charming.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, and in the perfect location for easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The Cabin was just as described and Shown in the photos, we would love to go back!

We had a nice week stay at this cabin! Enjoyed being so close to gatlinburg yet not to close. There were a few flaws, the grill is small and directly under a broken fallen tree so the leaves were hanging in the fire. Secondly the indoor tub took 1 1/2 hours to fill up with luke warm water at best. Lastly the bed is really hard making it uncomfortable it maybe okay just for a weekend but a longer stay might be something you want to note. Other than a few notes we had a great stay and would recommend this cabin to others.

I'll say it all in one statement, I would rent from Emily again.

Great stay. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub. The recliners were really comfy where we lounged and relaxed in front of the TV. The King Bed is massive and really comfy also.

Nice little cabin, with pretty good location just minutes from town. Check in and out was good, communication with host was good. Probably just a one time occurrence, but had the (unset) alarm system wake us up one morning and it continued to beep for approximately 2 hours before I finally hit the right buttons to make it quit. It appeared to have a low battery. The hot tub is a bit small, and the shower could use a little more heat and pressure, but it served the purpose. Host mentions a smell from a nearby plant, and while it doesn't really stink it is a little odd and slightly unpleasant. The wind wasn't blowing hard during our stay, so this is probably a regular occurrence. Overall it was a decent stay, nice comfortable counch, with a really nice soft blanket. The back deck seating area was nice too. The sky changed colors a few times from what I assume is the town lights, and it was pretty neat.

Great location but for the price I expected it to be better. Emily was very responsive when I had brought up a few issues. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back in the area again.

This was probably the best experience we’ve had staying at an Internet booking. I can’t say enough about the bed. Quality mattress and pillows and the sheets were clean and fresh. First time I ever slept through the night on the first night traveling - if you know you know. The huge bathtub upstairs is perfect for a romantic getaway. We were able to control the temperature of the place very easily (another difficult thing to get right at a rental). Loved the pool table. The couch was incredible - both sides reclined which was perfect for us, and a great big warm blanket to snuggle under. The location was amazing. We were insanely close to everything we could possibly do. We had pigeon forge on one side and sevierville on the other. We were close enough to everything to run out for a sweet treat at night and get back within 15 minutes, yet the cabin was completely private. The deck and hot tub were so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you Emily!

Very cute place and perfect for a couples getaway! A couple of rocking chairs would have been nice on the deck as the seating was not that comfortable. The king size bed was so comfy! Also, Emily was quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, we loved the cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin for our first trip! Emily was very responsive and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The cabin itself was cozy and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. We especially loved the comfortable couch, the beautiful upstairs area, and the relaxing hot tub. The weather was absolutely perfect, which made the week even more special. Overall, it was the best place for our honeymoon, and we can’t wait to come back!

Emily’s was very proactive and shared all details and instructions we needed to reach the cabin and check in. The cabin was located in a nice private spot but also close to shops and restaurants.

Loved the place it’s a beautiful cabin especially nice to share with a partner, however the stove was broken and we weren’t told until a few hours before we got to the airbnb. The other amenities were nice and the view was pretty. The road getting in and driveway was steep. The bath was wonderful it just took some time to fill up. 4 stars would recommend 🌟

Other than a couple minor and normal maintenance items the host was already addressing, the cabin lived up to our expectations for a peaceful, quiet get away for us in the beautiful Smokey Mountains.

The layout is really cool. Large window allowed perfect morning light to wake up with the sun. The bathtub upstairs is luxurious after a long drive. There is also a nice hot tub outside.

The cabin looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for a quick getaway. Neither the oven nor the fireplace were working when we arrived, which was disappointing, but Emily was very responsive and apologetic. The hot tub was lovely, as was the jacuzzi tub in the beautiful bedroom. It’s not exactly secluded, but we had no issue with neighbors or noise, and it was a fine price to pay for a comparatively less harrowing drive up the mountain, like other places you can stay nearby.

This cabin was exactly what my wife and I needed, after having two babies under two years old, we decided it was finally time for a nice vacation together. Emily was an amazing host for us, easing any concerns we had, very responsive and kind. This property was in a perfect location, just within reach of all the attractions. Would 10/10 recommend this place for any couple. Recommendations - Calhouns Smokehouse in Gatlinburg was phenomenal, and if you want somewhere cool to eat, check out the Sunliner Diner in Pigeon Forge, excellent atmosphere!

Great place to stay, Emily responded very quickly. Was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early. The place was beautiful and I was in love with how close it was to everything, but still gave that peaceful isolated feel you typically look for when you rent a cabin in the mountains. There were no washrags available, which we figured out. However, I do want to say I did not notify Emily and allow her a chance to fix this, as we just went and got some. Based on our communication, I feel if I had communicated this, she definitely would have corrected it as soon as possible. Bed was also very very hard, but that is a preference. Overall, I would recommend this as a place to stay for any couple who just need to unwind and reset. Thank you, Emily!

Me and my husband definitely needed this get away and loved staying at Emily’s cabin. The pool table is a fun distraction and very entertaining. The view from the window upstairs is a plus to wake up to ! Everything was a little distance away which was great we went to gatlinburg most of the time and it was only 13 mins out. Wed definitely love to come back and stay here and recommend others to come to relax and enjoy some time together with good energy and peace.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday and Thanksgiving week and could not be happier with our experience! The cabin is so cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, pool table, Jenga, and tv after long days out and about. On Thanksgiving day we cooked a lovely dinner (the kitchen is equipped with absolutely anything you could need, including various seasonings which was nice). We loved waking up in the morning to have our coffee on the balcony listening to all the birds singing. There were so many cardinals! Huge bonus for us. Everything was squeaky clean and well placed. I would personally love to stay here again next time we’re in Sevierville. Emily was incredibly responsive and friendly! Thank you for having us in your lovely home

It was so cozy and homey! We watched movies on surround sound and the hot tub was clean and very nice for colder nights. The pool table was a plus and everything was so clean and easy to put away when checking out. The cabin was about 5-10 mins way from everything in Pigeon Forge so it was far away for quiet nights in but close enough to go have some fun during the day. Definitely worth the money and the stay!

As a Florida boy, the road was a bit crazy getting in to the cabin property, but fun to say the least. The cabin was nice, hot tub on the patio worked well, but was not as private or secluded as I thought it would be. Extremely easy to check in and out, and Emily was amazing at helping me with any problems or questions. The views were awesome! Laundry and dishwasher worked well. Bathtub upstairs was my only problem, it took over 2 hours to fill just enough to cover the jets. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area!!! Our stay at Cabin Haiku was a ton of fun and having a private place to come back to at the end of the night is always nice. The hottub on the balcony is the best feature in our opinion!

Loved getting to stay at this cabin, the hot tub was very nice after a long day riding and the pool table saw heavy use as well. The reclining couch on the first floor is extremely easy to melt into as well, maybe moreso than the bed!

This was for our 29th anniversary. It was clean peaceful and comfortable! The best sofa in the living area and the mattress was a delight upstairs! Had some unusual excitement with a not so friendly raccoon (according to the wildlife guy) that was quickly and quietly taken care of! Not a bit of trouble and Emily was quick to respond with any needed assistance! Overall we enjoyed our stay so much we hated having to leave. Thank you so much for letting us use your home! We had an amazing stay at this cabin! Unfortunately we stayed only one day as part of our Deep South tour, but we could easily enjoy ourselves for a week here. Emily is very helpful and the cabin offers everything you need during your stay. We can fully recommend this place over any hotel in this area. Most hotels in the area are on busy and uncharming places, but this location is very peaceful and scenic and in close proximity to everything you are looking for. We absolutely enjoyed our time in the cabin! the location is awesome as it uses the back roads that get you to either side or the middle of the main strip in pigeon forge. cabin was super comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic! we felt right at home. the views from the cabin are decent but the surrounding area is gorgeous and their is plenty to do from amusement parks/rides to hiking! just about anything you could think of doing. and ts just far enough from people and city lights. Emily is an amazing host! she responded punctually and never skips a beat! she will go that extra mile to make the stay personal!

This cozy cabin burrowed hillside is not only private/secluded, but it’s literally just a short coast down the mountain to reach anything you could possibly need! The sunrises on the back deck with a hot cup of coffee are beyond peaceful, the evenings spent watching the sunset while kicked back in the hot tub are immaculate, and Emily has everything set up perfectly for your stay including arrivals/departures! We couldn’t have asked for a better host, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Emily!!

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect for some privacy while still being close to everything we had planned! Even when we weren’t out we had a lot of fun playing pool and just relaxing in the hot tub. This was my first time booking and Airbnb and they made everything super easy! My husband and I had a great stay at Emily’s cabin. It was super clean, easy to find and recognize, and so peaceful being out in the mountains. We had everything we needed there! I loved the loft style. It felt so cozy and comfortable being there. We had a lovely view off of the back deck and many relaxing nights in the hot tub! When we were too tired to go out, we stayed entertained with the pool table and board games inside. The location was perfect for those looking to explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A lot of the things we chose to do were only 10-15 minutes away! I would definitely recommend Emily’s cabin and would love to go back.

My wife and I drive from Mass. to Gatlinburg, an 18 hour drive in a U HAUL. We arrived in Sevierville around 10:30am. I messaged her that we had arrived earlier than expected. She got the cleaning service in right away and allowed us in the premises after it was cleaned. Check in is 4pm, we got in at 2pm, which was greatly appreciated. Emily is a Superhost for a reason! It was a beautiful cabin, clean, peaceful, private and cozy! We will definitely be back!

Great Cabin for couples relaxation

When we pulled up to the neighborhood, we thought "Oh no, the cabin is not as secluded as was let on", but this cozy cabin is on a hill, surrounded by trees and felt nice and private. There were other cabins around, but not close enough to feel you were going to bump into neighbors. The space is lovely, comfortable and entertaining. We spent a lot of time listening to music and playing pool. There are grocery stored, food and entertainment close by. The bed is super comfortable and she left plenty of towels and toilet paper for our stay.

This is was a great weekend getaway spot, it was very clean very organized, there was a lot to do around the area and it was very peaceful.

The cabin was beautiful and private although the property was shared by other cabins is was far enough away to be private and the trees blocked them from sight. Emily’s cabin was amazing. It’s is a perfect location, it’s so close to town like you are only minutes from everything but it’s secluded enough that you have your own privacy. You have a small wooded area blocking you from other cabins. It was very clean, and she even provided shampoo and conditioner as well as cleaning supplies like laundry detergent, dishwasher pacs and soap. I would highly recommend Emily’s cabin to anyone who is looking to stay close to town but not in town and have your own private oasis. She is a wonderful host and responds quickly. This cabin was everything we hoped it would be! It’s in a quiet and peaceful area, but still only a few minutes drive to local attractions and restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We had such a lovely, relaxing stay.

We come to Tennessee twice a year and have stayed in plenty of cabins. My fiancé and I both agreed that we would be coming back to Emily’s cabin. This cabin was so cute, private and really close to pigeon forge and all the fun in town. The bed was extremely comfortable, we loved being able to cuddle up on the couch and watch movies, the hot tub is always our favorite part of the cabin and believe it or not this was the first hot tub we got in where the light worked! Such a small luxury and it made our day! The only thing that was out of order during our stay was the jets on the jacuzzi tub upstairs but with having the hot tub we did not mind at all and she told us about them being out of order before we ever arrived. She had everything you need inside this cabin. Although we brought our own she even had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and the cabin smelled so clean! We enjoyed writing in the book they keep for guests! Book your stay!

Perfect honeymoon cabin! This cabin is a must! The wife booked this gem for our honeymoon and she honestly couldn’t of picked a better cabin…and host! Cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at in the Smokies. We have already secured our trip back next year! Despite a couple things that were out of order, the house was adorable. The view from the porch was beautiful. The air conditioning work wonderfully. As far as privacy/seclusion, there are other rentals really close by. Not as close as a hotel, but still closer than I thought they would be. It is hard to understand where to go the first time (I turned the wrong way twice-was using GPS) but after that initial confusion, it was easy going after. The house was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is to be expected for a cabin. We never ran out of hot water. (Only 2 of us for this visit) I really liked the diffusers in the bathroom and living space. And that they had makeup remover wipes for when I just needed a quick freshen up for my face. The hot tub worked and was very pleasant on the chilly mornings.

My small family went to this cabin for Easter weekend. We were impressed with the view of beautiful trees, the quiet surroundings, and the calming feel of the cabin. The furnishings - bed upstairs and couch - are very comfortable and cozy, and the entire place was very clean. The kids loved the loft and the hot tub and we took a few walks - overall a lovely time. We will be back hopefully for more visits in the sunshine. One other note - it’s very convenient to local restaurants and shopping/activities, but when you are in the cabin it feels like you are out in the forest. So it’s a good overall restful feeling while also having options for food and activities.

This was a perfect fit for us. Close to the Convention center but far enough away to have peace-n-quite.

What a beautiful place. Very relaxing!

This space is very thoughtfully put together, convenient and comfortable. The main bed is very comfy and there is a fully operational kitchen. From the hot tub (which was sparkling clean and very nice) on the deck you see sky and tree tops and no other cabins so it feels private and quiet. We had a pretty unfortunate check in experience due to a cleaning schedule snafu and issues with multiple amenities we were looking forward to when we booked this stay. However, the host was very responsive and her local team was very nice, so I’d say there is a good chance you could have a pretty nice stay here.

The wife and I had an amazing time at this cabin! Was extremely clean and had literally everything you need from toiletries to games. The full kitchen was nice to have a few home cooked meals. The hot tub was the highlight of the trip. Emily made sure to check in with us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Location is perfect. Far enough off the strip for peace but a short drive to all of the attractions. Will highly recommend to any friends or family that visit the area.

Best birthday getaway....

We live within a hour of Emily's place and were looking for a quiet getaway, this place was absolutely perfect! It was almost too quiet for us only because we have five kids and 3 dogs so it's never quiet at our house. We will 100% book again! Conveniently located so there was plenty of choices for dining and just having some quality time together.

First and foremost Emily was an amazing host, the cottage is amazing and kept so nicely it makes you feel warm and right at home. The cottage was perfectly located it was only 10 to 15 minutes from all Main attractions and if you needed to run to a store quick one was right down the road but the greatest feeling overall is that it felt so peaceful and far away that you were in the Smokey’s in your own private paradise. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to goto Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge to stay here you will not regret it one bit me and the wife plan to go again to the same cottage!

Emily’s place was amazing. We went up for a small getaway and it was perfect. The bed is so unbelievably comfortable. The big blanket downstairs is the perfect feeling to binge watch movies. We loved how Netflix was an included amenity to this beautiful home. The fireplace was my favorite thing. The house is a big size and perfect for small families. The hot tub was freshly cleaned and I had no worries what so ever, I felt entirely at peace at Emily’s place. We will be staying again in future, since we have fallen in love with the area and it’s beautiful scenery and it’s closeness to everything. The driveway is very easily accessed. We drive a Volkswagen Beetle and it had no problem what so ever navigating the road. As stated before, there is SOMETIMES a smell that lingers outside but I found it to disappear very fast once I had gotten used to it, there is nothing anyone to do about smell. It’s a great area with beautiful trees, privacy and close to everything. We loved it.

I’d like to leave a fair but honest review about our stay. Emily is a fabulous host, she was very responsive and helpful during our stay! The cabin was very nice and cozy and in relation to all of the restaurants and activities in the area, it was very close and convenient. Unfortunately, the cabin and neighborhood is within a mile from Severville Solid Waste plant and for two days out of our three day stay, we were bombarded by the smell of the plant and methane gases that were released from the plant. It was so unpleasant that it actually woke us up in the middle of the night on our last night there. We won’t be visiting the area again because it was so bad. Like I said, Emily is great and I have no complaints about her or the actual cabin. I’d just like to warn anyone else that is going to stay in the future and pay a premium price what to expect. I wish the same would be done for me.

Be aware though, if the wind catches the smell of the dump you'll know it... but winds blow by and you're right back to bliss in no time!
