The location was the best thing. So close to walk to Broadway, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. Out hosts Josh and Jessica were very organized and very responsive. They answered all our questions and were so proactive in their communications. They supplied very useful information for Nashville and where to go and what to enjoy. Super hosts for sure! We would love to stay there again. Highly recommend.

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. The location was great with a very easy short walk to Broadway. Everything was clean and it was well stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Josh was good about communicating with us, checking to make sure we got checked in OK, etc. We would definitely feel comfortable renting any property from Josh again. We had an excellent time in Nashville and having wonderful accommodations played a big part in our experience!

The apartment was very nice. Great pool and fitness center. Plenty of necessities. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Hosts gave great recommendations for things to do and were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Staying at Josh’s penthouse in downtown Nashville was an unforgettable experience! The space was absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with every amenity you could possibly need. The views from the penthouse were unreal, especially at night with the city lights. We were extremely pleased with our selection of Heading South Nashville for our stay in Nashville. Josh & Jessica did a great job decorating and appointing this rental. It was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and the description. It is a great corner unit which was a little roomier than some of the other rental I was considering and it has a great view of Nashville lit up at night. It is an easy walk to Broadway (about 5-7 minutes) and a stone's throw to Ole Smokey's Distillery. It is close enough to walk but far enough away from the hustle & bustle when you want to relax & re-energize. Josh & Jessica were always very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. I don't think I ever waited more than 2 minutes for a response. If we ever find ourselves visiting Nashville again, I would definitely look to rent this unit again.

Perfect place to stay in downtown Nashville with very responsive hosts! Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena, Ryman, Broadway - but still quiet at night! It was a great location, also just minutes from the Gulch. Josh and Jessica are so friendly and responded immediately to all questions and concerns and were on top of everything to make sure that we had a great stay. The room was just as described, beautifully decorated as well. We definitely plan to stay with them again.

OMG---there are no words but I'll try. A cowboy/country decor that was flawlessly coordinated with with black, white and brown accents from pictures to guitar and cowboy hat wall hangings and even well placed saddles for a photo op. Fantastic location ---walking distance to Ryman, Grand Old Opry, restaurants and Broadway bars!!! Josh and Jess salvaged our vacation by accommodating a last minute reservation after another Airbnb super host cancelled a week before our trips. We only needed 1 BR but the upgrade was well worth the price. Thanks for being so gracious, responsive and kind!!!!

What a beautiful, spacious, comfortable and great place Josh has. The apartment was immaculate, roomy and a short walk from everything. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out. The hosts responded to any questions immediately and they have a handbook with instructions and recommendations of things to do and see that we found extremely helpful. This made our stay and 30th anniversary celebration even more special. We would highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to comeback!!!

This place takes a trip to Nashville to the next level. Very thoughtful decor with a great vibe! We loved the proximity to Broadway, Ole Smoky Moonshine, the Gulch, Starbucks and Parlor Donuts. 2 king beds is unheard of! Very large bathrooms too! Building offers a place to hang out inside or out, pool tables and a Lounge area. Great unique place!

Josh’s Place was exactly as depicted, 3 Blocks to Broadway and The Ryman. Easy access to Bridgestone Arena and Sporting Venues. About 25 Minute Uber to The Grand ole OPRY. (TIP FOR THIS UNIT). If you use the Elevator closest to the unit it puts you at 530 6th Ave S. Which is very convenient for Ride shares and Walking. Ole Smokey and YeeHaw brewing are 1/2 block from unit as well as a few other Breweries within walking distance. Comfortable Beds and enough seating And plenty of room. Would Definitely Recommend.

We found Josh & Jessica's listing after a last-minute change in destination (sending love to Asheville). It had the accommodations we needed, was walkable to Broadway and the other activities we wanted to do in Nashville, and fit the budget. Plus, it had bonus amenities (pool, gym, laundry) that helped seal the deal. You can tell J&J are pro hosts – they had a series of messages to us prior to arrival to make sure we knew how to access the unit, enter the parking garage, and generally get ready for our arrival. Upon check-in, they continued to reach out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The unit itself is very fun and inviting. It has art, guitars and other memorabilia on the walls to welcome you to Nashville. Two walls of the unit are almost entirely windows, giving you a great view out towards the SW of Nashville. Pool is beautiful, the gym is surprisingly equipped, and overall it was a great stay. Can't wait to stay there again soon!

Josh and Jessica’s place was just perfect for our long wkend in Nashville! It was decorated so cute, and had everything we needed! The two king size beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice sized. It is walking distance to all the hot spots, but there were always scooters close by to use as well. It was nice to be able to relax by the pool too! Great place!!

Great “Nashville” touches, like the albums and record player with great music! Well laid out, spotless, and with plenty of views from the windows and upper floor location. While it’s not a hotel, there was a desk attendant who made it feel like anything you needed was easily made possible.

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Within a 10 min walk we were in the center of Nashville activity - music, restaurants, shops. The decor was so fun and the furniture, linens, beds, and overall space were very comfortable. We loved enjoying a quiet morning gazing at the view from the kitchen sitting nook. Everything was so spotless it seemed brand new. The building had great amenities and the concierge was very helpful and always available if needed. Our airbnb canceled on us a day before our trip. We ended up finding this spot as a rebook, and it was the best thing that could have happened for our trip. If you’re trying to be close to everything, this spot was ideal for the location. The Uber ride is quick to Broadway and beyond, plus affordable (~$10 or less.) If you’re ready to adventure with scooters, there are always plenty fully charged, ready to go every morning. We opted to scooter everywhere, and it was perfect. The decor was stunning! Definitely insta photo worthy. You can tell how much care they put into it, especially with those painted murals. There are 0 complaints when it comes to this Airbnb. Very clean, and the hosts are so responsive and hospitable. Send a message and receive a response/answer in under 5 minutes type of quick and responsive!! Highly recommend Josh & Jessica!

Booked this for my birthday weekend getaway - perfect setup for two couples. Loved the amenities and building. I especially thought the building was very secure, better than hotels I’ve stayed at locally but was able to easily get door dash and Instacart. The view was incredible gorgeous decor - as a Zach Bryan fan I was blown away! Such attention to detail. I’ve stayed in many air bnbs and this one takes the cake. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We cannot wait to come back — and have shared the listing with friends like - book this for your next trip to Nashville!
