Space was exactly as pictured and described and accommodated our family comfortably. Great location to all the things-we walked everywhere. Having the assigned parking space was great not having to worry about finding parking. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would stay here again.

Very central location, close to Broadway. We had a very pleasant stay at Jessica’s flat. The location is excellent - right in the center, within walking distance to everything, so there’s no need for a car. The provided parking is a big plus; once you park, you’re all set. The apartment is on the 10th floor with a nice view over downtown and is well equipped with everything you need. While a few appliances didn’t work and the place could benefit from a bit of a refresh, overall it offers a very convenient stay.

Our 7 year old twins and 4 year old loved it! Beautiful view! Loved being able to park in the building. Elevator made outings with children very easy!

This was the best place for us to celebrate my daughter's birthday with four people. It was themed wonderfully with lots of fun spots to hang out. It was very clean and has the best view in the city. The hosts were fantastic communicators and the guide they provide is so informative. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much for such a great spot!

We visit Nashville regularly to see my daughter and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The location is perfect, very walkable, safe(the Police Station is nearby) and easy to find & park. The apartment and amenities are great, we used the common space to watch football, play games and brought in our own food. We stayed here with another couple, the decor was very cool and appealing. This place is great for bachelorettes and couples. I’d like to keep this place to myself but that wouldn’t be fair😆. Communication was great, we got snowed in so we needed to stay an extra night and Jessica made the process so easy and was able to accommodate us.

This was the absolutely perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday. Everything from the views from the kitchen, to the decor, and over all the LOCATION. We loved that we were close enough to experience everything but felt like we were far enough away to not be smack dab in the “party” scene all day long. Jessica and her team were very informative and so helpful. We will definitely be back!

Really nice condo. Pictures do make it look a bit larger than it actually is, but that is the business. Nice, safe location and parking was great. The condo is nice, not super high end, but solid finishes and very functional. TVs in all the rooms were great and beds were comfortable. Our one issue and this may not bother others, but the brightness in the bedrooms at night was WAYYYY BRIGHT. Really could use some room darkening shades or curtains. It is bright enough to read at night without turning any lights on!! Sleeping was rough. Would be a simple fix. Other than that one issue, really nice place, great communication from owners and I would recommend it for a couple days stay.

This is a very nice Airbnb in a great location close to Broadway and other downtown attractions. The included free parking was a bonus. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The interior matched the photos accurately and was clean and well-maintained. This unit does not have a private balcony. The listing shows a beautiful balcony area, but that space is actually a shared common area on the 3rd floor, while the unit itself is on the 10th floor. We were aware that the pool and other facilities were shared, but the listing photos gave the impression that the unit had its own balcony. We specifically chose this unit and paid more than comparable options because we expected that feature. Other units in the building at least have small balconies, so this was a bit disappointing. There is also some construction happening across the street, so you may hear noise during the day, but it didn’t affect us much since we were out exploring. Overall experience was positive.

Wonderful from the day of booking. The apartment is gorgeous and fun, spotless. We loved staying, we were so sad to go home. The provided parking space was golden. Walking distance to everything, we never had to get back in our car. Lots of tiny details and nice touches. This would be amazing as a girls trip!! And Jessica is a 10/10! I never waited more than 5 min if I had a question. Will definitely use her again!

Fun place for a visit to Nashville

The Lainey Wilson theme of the apartment is fun and a great way to learn more about the Nashville music scene. Our group of two married couples were comfortable in the two bedrooms and two full baths. The large windows bring lots of light to the apartment. Views are of downtown Nashville, the convention center, high-rise hotels and some construction. There are various entry codes needed to obtain access to parking and the building and finally to obtain the key fob for the apartment. Good restaurants are within walking distance. Wifi is strong. Would stay here again. Jessica was very attentive and checked in often.

Home was great! Jessica was very responsive and helped with all our questions. Can definitely say I will stay in the home again if I visit Nashville!

The view was phenomenal! It was only a 10 minute walk to Broadway St. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The bedding was soft. It was very clean and decorated thoughtfully. The free parking was great and easy to get in and out. She provided a cart to bring in luggage. The building's common area and pool is beautiful. We enjoyed listening to the marshall speaker. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. I needed help getting in and Jessica replied immediately. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great apartment. Nice and clean, spacious, and provisioned. The host was clear and communicative. The process of getting in can be a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. I've stayed in Nashville many times, and always end up in this building or one right near it. It must be where they put most of the Airbnbs in town! It definitely feels more like a hotel than a place where people actually live, but that's fine. The unit is pretty far from the elevator, but once you accept that fact it's fine. All around, a great place and I would definitely stay here again.

We came to town to watch ColdPlay at Nissan Stadium and had a great time. The accommodations were very nice -2 large bedrooms with comfortable king beds. Everything worked out great! Jessica was very helpful in communicating before, during & after our visit. We stayed an extra day and were able to enjoy the pool for a day of R&R after the fun nights on Broadway. We definitely would stay there again!

Hold my Halo Jetsetter is the perfect get away vacation. We booked this for our daughter’s 21st birthday and it was walking distance to Broadway. Everything was clean, girl approved and yet perfectly private. Jessica was extremely responsive for any questions I had!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! It was located in a great location, extremely clean, with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. We came for a sister trip and are so thrilled that we found this beautiful place. Quick walk to The Listening Room, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, Second St, and The Gulch. This is the CUTEST Airbnb I have ever stayed in. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and it was the perfect location. We walked to Broadway and surrounding areas. The only thing I wish it had was black out curtains in the bedroom, after a long night out on Broadway the sun comes up bright and early. 🤪 But other than that it was the best time, and Jessica was the best host. Will definitely stay here again.

Prepare to be amazed with a bird’s eye view of downtown Nashville. We were steps away from downtown with the distinct advantage of having parking in the building. This penthouse is on the outer edge of south end of downtown which is very close but a bit more quiet.

Beautiful penthouse style condo in downtown Nashville with epic views. Walkable to the Broadway bars, museums, and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would not think twice about staying here again. The only criticism I have is that the key fob pads around the premises are finicky. There is a learning curve re: how to get them open. The building does have signs posted to try to help you deal with the key fob situation, which can be frustrating. By the end of my stay I could usually get the doors open on the first try or at the very least within a couple attempts.

A hotel might have been a little less, but to have the 2 couples in one apt was key. Much cozier and "together" than a traditional hotel stay.

This was the PERFECT stay for our short weekend trip to Nashville. The views are astounding. The sitting area that adjoined the kitchen in front of the panoramic views of downtown Nashville was our favorite spot to sit in the mornings, sipping coffee and taking in the views. We so enjoyed our family Christmas at Jessica’s place! Our oldest daughter flew in and we had an amazing time inside the condo and it was also very accessible to all of downtown and only 12 minutes to the airport. We walked all over downtown and it was a close drive to indoor go karting which the family loved. The condo had everything we needed except for the food we bought to cook. It was spacious and the view of downtown and the sunsets were awesome! Highly recommend!

Great place and hosts. Clean, beautiful, near the action of downtown Nashville. Only needed an uber to and from the airport. Walked everywhere. Great recommendations. Biscuit Love was not suggested but it is always my favorite. Wish is was warm enough for the pool. Something to look forward to next time. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Where do I begin?! The penthouse was as beautiful as all the photos. The view was absolutely stunning! We got some of the best sleep of our lives, and we weren’t expecting that in the city! Once we parked upon arrival, we never got into our vehicle again until it was time to go home because every location we wanted to go was so walkable. Also, the huge cherry on top is how responsive, informative, and friendly Jessica is. Wonderful vacation and a lot of memories made!

Walking distance to Broadway! The view was incredible. The details of this unit were top notch. We will be returning. Loved having my coffee and looking out at the city in the morning! I have stayed in several air bnbs and this one was as pictured and as described!

This was hands down the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. She was a great communicator, explained checkin in thoroughly, had a beautiful laminated book of recommendations and descriptions of amenities. It was also the cleanest place I’ve ever staid. The attention to detail was amazing as well. You can jump on a scooter from her location right to broadway, or take a very inexpensive Uber. You are a block from ol Smokey moonshine and Starbucks and less than a mile from Publix. Our stay was perfect, will stay here again when I come back in a couple months !!

Beautiful apartment! It was just a pictured. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was A LOT of open space in the main living area and kitchen. Great views of downtown Nashville and was about a 10 minute walk to broadway. It was the perfect location being able to walk to the Gulch and Broadway but also far enough way that it was quiet enough to sleep.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family of 5 in town to celebrate a birthday. Jessica was super responsive and communicative about what to expect. The property itself is adorable. Everything we needed and very comfortable. Kitchen and baths were updated and attractive. Amazing light filled place with beautiful views and easy walkable access to all the Broadway fun.

We took my parents to the Chris Stapleton concert and turned it into a weekend trip to Nashville! We couldn’t be more happy with our stay here. We didn’t need a car, we just walked everywhere, the location is fabulous. The space is super comfortable, clean, and cozy. I highly recommend!

We stopped in Nashville on our way to Texas to drop our daughter at college. Loved this apartment and the location was so great! Easily walkable to Broadway and to so many restaurants and shopping. The beds were soooooo comfortable and the kitchen was immaculate. It was a perfect size for the three of us. The only feedback I have is actually for the building maintenance/owners, but not for Jessica & Josh. We had a few small issues with getting into/out of some of the doors (which you use a key fob for) as they would stick and be difficult to open, or just not open at all. This was only an inconvenience mainly as we were checking in and had all of our bags with us. Jessica was SUPER responsive and the issues were resolved quickly, but the building could use a little pick-me-up on those items. Otherwise a great stay and would recommend!

The unit and pool were terrific. The location was easy to find and very light traffic around the building. Easy parking and access to the unit. Unit was clean and nice provisions. Hosts were very responsive to our questions with timely, helpful, and accurate info. A very pleasant stay.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view located minutes from downtown Nashville.

We visited with our adult kids and celebrated 2 birthdays - our group ranged from age 21-55 and everyone LOVED the unit, the on-site amenities (parking, pool & gym), and ease to Broadway. The night skyline views from the condo are incredible! Evening drinks before heading out, looking over the city lights, was festive and a great start to our fun (walkable) Broadway excursions. We had breakfast and dinner at the condo during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. (Jessica even ordered a crockpot ahead of our visit when I asked if one was there! What?! :) FAST responses to all questions and outstanding care for us throughout.) Comfy beds, keurig (with supplies!), gorgeous decor, cozy robes, 4 fun vanities plus 2 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time, and lots of little design surprises to make you smile. It was so comfortable but also really felt like a special vacation. What a great place and great service from our hosts!

Location, Location, Location! Close enough to Broadway to be right around everything, but far enough away to drown out a majority of the noise. Jessica is a fantastic host with great recommendations. The condo itself is just as the pictures show. The parking and navigating the building is a little confusing at first, but after day 1 of getting acclimated we were squared away for the rest of our stay. Easy walking distance to Broadway, or have some fun and use a lime scooter. We stayed in on the 4th of July due to an early departure the next morning, but we were able to catch the Broadway show from the condo. Even with the buildings in front you still have a pretty great view of everything.

This was our 2nd time to Nashville, so we knew we loved the location. I can't say enough about how friendly Jessica was. She provides a response immediately to any question; this was before and during our entire stay. They sent brochure information that included recommendations etc. and even though we had visited before we found this very helpful. If you follow them on social media, they also take the time to let you know what is happening in Nashville that will definitely help you during your stay if you are looking for things to do. This place is just great! It is very spacious, beds are super comfy, lots of room to get ready, super quiet and everything you require if you plan on making your own meals. We had such an amazing stay at the penthouse! Everything was perfect! It was very clean and decorated very nicely! The couch and beds were very comfortable! The big windows gave it a very open feel and the view, especially at night was gorgeous! It was a short walk to Broadway and many other areas. Jessica was very responsive every time I reached out! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We drove from Dallas to take our kids to their first concert. This is the perfect place to stay to walk to Bridgestone Arena. We loved the location and the view. Drinking coffee or wine with the view was one of our favorite parts. We felt comfortable with plenty of room and really close to where we wanted to be. We would love to come back!

This place is in the perfect location. Easy couple block walk to broadway. Nice easy walk to the gulch. Just overall easy to get to anything!

Great location; very close to The Listening Room & Yew Haw Beer/Ole Smoky Moonshine. We were 2 couples and loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom layout with king beds. The garage parking and key system were some work but we figured it out. We parked our truck in the 1 free space and didn’t drive it again until we left town. There is one key fob for the room so you can use the key system to store and retrieve the key if your party splits up for the day. That was ok but I would have preferred 2 key fobs. Overall FABULOUS place.

A fantastic apartment with fantastic owners! Just blocks from Broadway and easily walkable. But just far enough away so not to hear the noise of all the clubs at night. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. Very clean as well. We’d definitely rent here again on our next trip to Nashville! Thanks Jessica and Josh!

Jessica was super responsive & her Airbnb is the perfect vibe for a girls trip or even for your husbands to tag along with. It was clean, 5-10 minute walk to broadway & a cute, roomy spot to stay! We’d definitely would stay again when we’re back in Nash!

Worth it and then some! What a spectacular place. AMAZING views. Gorgeous decor and close walk to restaurants and entertainment. If you're looking for a place to stay that embraces the Nashville sentiment while making it feel like home away from home... this is your place. I LOVED the thought out interiors and really enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. My favorite was the nook with the corner large window view for morning coffee and night cap. Truly no inch was spared when thinking of the ultimate experience. Highly recommend it and would definitely consider it again on our next stay. Shoutout to the beautiful and captivating murals by Jessica Rose Thomason-Maraschiello. It was my favorite part of the apartment!

This place was a dream stay! The host was extremely attentive and responsive. The decor was top tier. Location was walkable to downtown or just a quick Uber ride. Definitely a must stay!

Stayed for the SEC tourney for two nights. The place was amazing. My wife and kids loved the decor and the view. Definitely within walking distance to everything downtown. Stop procrastinating and book this place. You won't regret it.

Photos of this place don’t do it justice, and the views of the city from the kitchen and living room are breathtaking. We had an amazing time here. Jessica was a very responsive and detailed host. The pillows and bedding she uses to outfit the apartment were also so comfy that my wife ordered some for us to use in our own home. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

Every aspect of this reservation and stay was stunning. I've never experienced a home that was BETTER than the picture/description, but this one did. Beyond incredible experience and overall the best host I've ever encountered. If you have a special lady in your life, do her a favor (and yourself for lookinglike a hero) and book this awesome home!

We loved the space so much. Very quiet - couldn’t hear neighbors. Had everything we needed. Front desk was manned with helpful staff. Very walkable to desired locations. Easy Uber access. Jessica checked in with us several times and made us feel cared about.

Lainey’s Penthouse was everything I expected and more. We had so much fun celebrating my parents 50th staying here. It was a nice easy walk to Broadway and everything else we chose to do. I would highly recommend this place. Jessica was so helpful before our stay and always responded right away! 💗

Jessica was very proactive with her communication making sure everything was to our liking. We were there for a business conference thus did not go for vacation purposes, however the location was great and within walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. If I ever get a chance to go back for vacation I will absolutely stay here again. The house were clean and comfortable. After long days on our feet it was a refreshing place to go back to and relax.

From the decor to the comfortable beds, how the place had everything you might need for your stay, Jessica’s place was absolutely beautiful, inviting, clean and fun. The location was great too, close to restaurants and Broadway, I would definitely stay here again.
