Who We Are

Meet Your Hosts

Hi! We are Josh and Jessica Hill, the owners of JETSETTER Property Management, a boutique property management company. Our family has always loved to travel and make memories together. We have been operating our own short term rentals since 2018, founded JETSETTER in June 2023, and it has been an absolute blast!

 

​We are Airbnb SUPERHOSTS who have multiple properties in the Southeast, but most of our properties are centrally located in the heart of downtown Nashville.

 

It’s important to us that we aren’t just your average short term rental. We want to provide an exceptional Airbnb stay with memories that will last you a lifetime! We have converted these spaces into a ONE OF A KIND short-term rental experience from the moment of arrival to departure. We simply want to share our love for travel, and show everyone all that is has to offer!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your check in and check out times?
Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Are pets allowed at your rental properties?
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Do you allow any parties or events?
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
Do you have any local recommendations during our visit?
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!
Why can't I book all your properties direct?
Some of our rental properties are in AirBnb friendly buildings and prefer that all bookings be secured through the AirBnb platform. Please send us an inquiry through the platform to receive an EXCLUSIVE discount code for your stay! :)

Beautiful spot! Fall colors were in full force and seeing the reflection of them off the water while paddle boarding and kayaking was a dream! Very quiet neighborhood. House was plenty big for our family and we spent lots of time on the screened in porch playing games and cooking on the Blackstone griddle! Enjoyed it very much and made great memories!

Tranquil Tellico Lake Retreat was absolutely the best place for us to rent during my daughter’s wedding weekend. It had plenty of room and was so comfortable! The house had everything we needed …and then some…and our guests enjoyed paddling out on the lake using the paddle boards! Or playing pool, or simply relaxing in the living room! We would definitely rent this house again and we hope to do so!
