Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!

The home is stunning! So happy we were able to spend thanksgiving week there while visiting family. Our toddler enjoyed walking up and down the driveway (definitely steep so keep that in mind) and playing on the outside porch. I really appreciated the hosts having a high chair delivered for us and a pack and play at the house. Both hosts were super responsive and readily available. We would definitely stay here again - the views were incredible and the house was immaculate.
My family and I, a group of eight, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. We created many cherished memories, including the first beach trip for my grandchildren, who are one and two years old. The home itself was beautiful, featuring comfortable furnishings, ample space, and modern kitchen appliances that made meal preparation effortless. The ocean was just a leisurely few minutes' stroll away, and we could also enjoy its view and the sound of the waves from the back of the home or the covered deck. Conveniently, stores and restaurants were within walking distance. Even during busiest time of day, the area remained remarkably quiet; we couldn't hear any noise from neighbors or the street. The hot tub was also a wonderful amenity. The entire team truly went above and beyond to ensure our Thanksgiving week stay was perfect.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals with ease, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
