Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!

The house was beautiful and well described, had a great artistic feel. The swing on the back was very relaxing, and the views were amazing. Would recommend this place to everybody and I will definitely go back.
We had a wonderful time at The Treehouse. The gathering spaces are divine places carved out for the perfect family visits. The view is spectacular and worth the hype! Much attention to detail makes the stay even more enjoyable with ample hot water , efficient heat and air, and a wonderful focus on safety - lights illuminating the driveway , sturdy doors and smeg appliances with a perfectly stocked kitchen. This rental is beautifully curated and has visual interest while still being cozy and comfortable. With a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms what a wonderful girls weekend this would be. We were with family including infants, and the layout was ideal. We really enjoyed the round dining table with six stylish yet comfortable chairs. (Toddlers or small children would be a challenge as the most enjoyable aspect is the porch and its view.) What an ideal option as opposed to three mundane hotel rooms!

We enjoyed the stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. Although we didn’t get to use all the amenities, we enjoyed what we did use. Would definitely recommend the house to others needing a quiet respite.
Where do I start? We stayed here for a last minute birthday trip & the entire experience from before check in to check out was top notch. The house is immaculate— maybe the most beautiful, curated & thoughtful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. No expense was spared in this home. The linens, furnishings, decor and surrounding landscape are stunning.The house sits on a piece of land that was so expertly carved out that it feels like it has always been there, though the house is very obviously brand new. Comfiest bed ever in the master. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Thoughtful amenities like bottles of local olive oil in the kitchen and full size bath products in the shower. The TVs are even preset & logged into every app you could ever need to use to watch any of your shows or movies. The hot tub was pure luxury. Our son loved the turf yard, and we loved that it was safe and fenced in. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back!
Highly recommend the Airbnb. The house and property were absolutely awesome. Super clean with all the right amenities. The kayaks and standup paddle boards were the highlight as they let us enjoy the water, the views, and the tranquility.
Kara’s cabin had fabulous views and was convenient to the National Park. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Great stay!
Described accurately, extremely responsive before and during the stay. The house was great and exactly what our family was looking for. The game room area kept the kids busy. Situated perfectly on the lake just a short boat ride from all the hotspots on the lake. Great stay will repeat!
