Standard check in is at 4:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM, but please check each listing for exact times. Early check ins or late check outs may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to our rental calendar.
Our pet policies differ by rental property. Presently, Tellico Lakefront Retreat is the only property that allows pets with restrictions. Please read our house rules and listing description for more details. Additional pet fees will apply.
Our homes are for intended for guest stays only, therefore, parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance. Violations of this policy will result in fines and cancellation of the stay without refund.
We always send out a personalized guidebook with recommendations of must sees and dos so you can make the most of your stay while visiting the area. Hope this helps you!

My husband and I spent the weekend here for a late honeymoon, or what I like to call our “baby moon,” and enjoyed every second of it. The cabin was perfect for us and we were provided with many games that we enjoyed playing at the end of the night. We even spent most of the day in the cabin one rainy day due to the homey, welcoming feeling of the cabin. 10/10 experience!

We really like it here!! Its is a beautiful and cute cabin with everything you need already included. We felt at home the entire weekend! The view from the balcony was amazing! It was very private, quiet and cozy. The host was responsive, helpful and kind. We will definitely visit this cabin again. Our stay was great!

This home is wonderful! A great getaway at OKI. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on the island. We had a beautiful warm day even in January for searching for shells. This home perfectly accommodates 8 people. It was well stocked and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

We loved our stay at Florence's place. The place was clean and lovely. The back deck provided a view of both sunrise and sunset and a peak at the ocean. The beach access was very close by and even the grocery store was within walking distance! Great neighborhood for walking and there was also a park nearby with a playscape for those with kids. Florence and her team were also very responsive and addressed some issues we had within a few hours. We will definitely look forward to coming back!

What a gorgeous house and surroundings! Comfy beds, spacious, and very responsive hosts. The house looked magazine worthy!! We had our family’s belated Christmas. The hosts left a beautiful Christmas tree and decor up for us to enjoy. The highlights besides my little grandsons meeting for the first time and having my family altogether was seeing a bald eagle perched on a tree over the river right in front of our porch. Highly recommend!

Shannon’s place was beautiful — the house, the bedding, the catering, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, there was very little peace and quiet, as Interstate 40 is about 100 meters from the house and the traffic never stops.
